All of my invoices are in one central location and can be accessed anytime. The top toolbar is clear and organized. When searching for invoices, I like how you can search by PO, Receipt #, ect so that your results are narrowed down and you only get exactly what you are searching for. It takes a long time to get this system up and running. We've gone through UAT for over 3 months because they keep providing us a system that doesn't work properly. Beware the punch-out option isn't as simple as it seems and it cost $250 per month per vendor to do a punchout. A lot more negatives then positives. The cost is high for Basware. Basware's training material is not up-today. They provided out-dated info. During development they provided us out-dated documents and spreadsheets to work from - it cause a lot of duplicated effort to redo and provide them with information (we provided them with data and then a few weeks later they would ask for it in a different format with additional data - really frustrating because you'd expect them to know what they need) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Basware to initiate the workflow of accounts payable invoices. We upload invoices, start the workflow process to ensure review, coding and approval. We then transfer the invoices to our payment database for processing. We process anywhere from 500 to 750 invoices per month. The software is easy for all users.
Basware is fast and reliable. Very rare down time during the time we've been using it. Great support team. Our needs were addressed timely and efficiently. Basware provides us with great customer service. We have had many modifications to our specific needs and Basware worked well with us for our customizations.

We used it for some of our day to day accounting, but it was mostly utilized by our Accounts Payable department. We had numerous companies giving presentations of why their software is the best and we picked Basware. That should speak for itself. It was easy to implement and easy to navigate.

Basware Purchase to Pay is a main tool used in my organization in Payables department. I have been a frequent user for more than 3 years now and I must admit that it is such a great software for processing invoices with clear interface that is really friendly for the end-user. It allows my team to process unpaid invoices efficiently, and if any error occurs along the process - to be able to verify it quickly. The team that I work in processes around 2000 invoices on a monthly basis (the biggest one in the AP) and everything works really well.
Clear and intuitive software interface. Easy to see the entire history of what happened to invoice. Good integration with ERP system.

Basware is one of the leading purchase-to-pay/invoice processing platforms. The workflow engine allows the implementation of kind of an approval process regardless of detail and exceptions. This power however comes with a price, the implementation can be challenging and the implementation learning curve can be sometimes steep. Consolidated reports are very useful and the ERP integration is sold, which is a must-have for any kind of P2P Platform.

Overall Basware is a very good invoice processing tool, it can make your work more efficient and can bring you many solutions. It is highly user friendly and will help you with most of the tasks. However, I do believe that it can have some improvements.
