I find the interface for this tool very confusing to use. There are so many ways to screw up an order--assigning it to someone instead of issuing a requisition, for example. It just doesn't feel user-friendly. I don't care for the search function much, either. It's hard to sort and filter through all of the results to find exactly what you're looking for. This platform is completely functional and useful, however, it's not the most attractive. The interface is very plain and does not lend itself to any branding outside of our initial logo at the top of the page. The text and colors are not specific to our university to give a sense of comfort when dealing with the platform. This would assist in ensuring we are working with an approved platform and vendor. SciQuest is being used for creation and management of all vendor contracts. We will be implementing it for our provider contracts as well. It has provided transparency to all contracts and helps us manage expiration and renewal of contracts.
Implementation - Product was installed ontime and on budget. Product Development - solicits feature enhancements from its clients. Client Focus - User Groups - Annual Forums and client partners.

Our entire campus is using SciQuest to procure items and services. Also we store and maintain our purchased contract services using the Contract Compliance Manager and process invoices with a sync to Ellucian Banner, using the AP Director. Entering receipts in the system creates a three way match that will allow accounting to release payment.
