5.0But here's the icing on the cake: Coveo's Senior Customer Success Manager, Maria. She's an email away, always ready to answer our questions with a friendly touch. Maria's like a treasure trove of insights on how to make the most of Coveo. Plus, she's a champ at sharing documents and training resources, making it a breeze for us to bring all these wonderful features to life. 1.0Had issue that cause it to fail for no reason. Very expensive solution compared to Microsoft and others. Support is poor and generally not helpful when tickets are created. Facet filter development and management is difficult. We have outstanding issues that have not been resolved by the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10.0In general, search and findability isn't the first thing when thinking of Salesforce. We have used Coveo Relevancy Cloud to build Customer Community for clients and integrated it into Knowledge Center Support. The platform performs as expected giving the end-user highly relevant personalized content depending on where we decide to show the results. Internally, we have used it as a platform to build customized applications. The developer toolset is solid and ever-expanding allowing us, as an ISV, to focus on the core functionality of the product we are building instead of worrying about the back-end platform.
8.0Coveo is currently implemented within our company's ecosystem, which is a portal where employees can read about current company news, recent events, and access a number of tools provided for our day-to-day work. Many files are saved onto this portal, and employees can search within the portal to find what they need. This is where we use Coveo - they are our primary search engines within this portal. They help dig through our massive database of files.
7.0Coveo was used at my previous organization as its enterprise search platform and customer facing search. My program focus was on internal search, where we leveraged Coveo to index disparate data sources across the enterprise to allow users one central place to search for information. We were able to embed Coveo into multiple systems so the search experience was consistent across these applications.

7.0We implemented Coveo facets and index capabilities for several web based applications that we built for our clients in Sitecore CMS. We primarily use this product to support search pages which can find and filter content in Sitecore and display results in a customized way. This product is used by a few of our clients across widely different verticals. Our application developers use the product most heavily.

4.0Overall: We use Coveo in our organization and integrated it with our knowledge-centered support. It's fairly simple and straightforward to implement. We have a ton of data in Salesforce and Coveo does a decent job of indexing them for search and knowledge base purposes.
