    That it sometimes takes a lot of time updating the candidates in the database, and it makes it very time-consuming to schedule the interviews if the candidate doesnt appear. Also some names dont appear accurately in the database - in LatinAmerica, we have 2 last names, and it always takes the second last name and the primary one when it should be the other way around, or include both last names; if not, it is tough to find the candidate using the correct name Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
