Intuitive to use for recruitment managers and hiring managers. It doesn't have all the bell and whistles but has all the important functionality that we need to hire for different positions, run performance tasks, have candidates schedule interviews, allow participants to all see all communications and be on the same page, design our scorecards, add useful tags for filtering and analyses. The Breezy support is always responsive and super helpful (whether sending me screen recording of how to do something, answer my questions or anything else). Everyone at my company loves Breezy (my COO likes to bring up how she loves this system and what a difference it has made in our ability to run an efficient and equitable recruitment process).
