    Fiserv has several different platforms they call "cores" this can fragment their customer base. For example we are using a core system that is not quite as robust as those banks using a different core system. Fiserv also has a tendency to nickel and dime you for everything. They like to charge installation fees for every product they offer as well as charge you a recurring monthly fee for every individual module.
