What I liked was the lifetime subscription until that became irrelevant, when what I was told turned out to be false information about it including the invideo Ai, portrayed by their support staff, when I first purchased the lifetime subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That alone is enough for me to say take a hard pass at Invideo, but the Customer Service is actually another reason to avoid this tool. I have found them to be shockingly rude and unhelpful, which surprises me considering the amount of money that we had spent with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deceptive business practices. Be extremely cautious if considering a purchase from InVideo. When I bought my lifetime plan from them, I was explicitly told it included lifetime access to their new product, InVideo AI. This turned out to be misleading. InVideo AI is, in fact, a separate product requiring its own subscription and the purchase of additional credits. This deceptive practice by InVideo, promoting one product but requiring separate purchases for another, is a serious concern. It shows a lack of transparency and integrity, leading to a complete loss of trust in their business practices. Potential customers should be aware of this tactic and approach any offerings from InVideo with skepticism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm writing this review to share our deeply frustrating experience with InVideo. While the platform itself may seem promising, the disappointments we faced due to their team's lackluster support have left us utterly dissatisfied. Major challenges faced by us:1. The quota of downloads never refreshes for us and when it's more than a month we face difficulty in downloads.2. When reached to them, every time ask for purchase records, being a tech company we expect them to have all the records intact3. At first they try to stall you that oh you might have consumed the refreshed data, but when you show them the count they finally refresh it.4. It's a pain point for us every month.We are writing this review to make people aware of the after purchase experience.

WARNING: This product is a scam which pretends that it's a free service but then doesn't allow you to export your video unless you pay minimum $30. It then promises a guaranteed refund but forces you to contact them and justify why you should receive it.

This is wonderfull platform i came across for video editing , creating slideshow using photo audio inserting and many more. Thanks for building such awesome product for the user out there. I am using this since last year and i dont think theres better alternatives than this. There is few fine tunings that is required but overall i had wonderfull experience using this.

Requires a good & stable internet connection for smooth working. Switch between templates can't possible. Long and time-consuming procedure of exporting.

Overall: Otherwise! My overall experience with InVideo has been great! I have InVideo Studio and InVideo AI Video Generator and I love both of them! It has been a game changer in Video Generation! InVideo has left very little room for their competition to err, from the script generation, to the templates, and tailoring the video to your specific audience the moment that I saw InVideo I had to have it! From the Video Generation to the Studio this is whole shabang!

Overall: My experience with this product is positive because, despite some frustrations that I may have during work, in the end, I still get a quality product. The only thing is that background music is sometimes a problem when uploading videos to social media, and there is currently no adequate solution. FB, however, is interested in discussing it, and you can always appeal.
