Invoiced is an incredibly efficient Automated Accounts Receivable Software Solution that has helped my business streamline our invoicing process. It has allowed us to quickly and easily manage all of our accounts receivable activities in one place, including tracking payments, managing disputes, and generating reports. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for even the most novice users to navigate and make use of the program's powerful features. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful when I have any questions or concerns.

    Invoiced makes it easy for us to send communications about invoices to our customers. Their emailing system makes it easy to include pdf invoice attachments, and it can easily include a personalized link to that customer's account so they can make payments, view invoices, payment history, add or change payment methods, etc. They've created a space that makes invoicing simple and easy for us AND accommodates our clients and what they need when viewing/handling/paying invoices. Features like invoice chasing make it easy to schedule when invoices are sent after they've been uploaded, and will automatically send invoice reminders based on a schedule you can set. You can also do customer balance chasing, allowing you to automate collections notices when customers haven't paid you. It's feature-rich and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Believe it or not, the software won't let you automatically add late fees to your invoice. Every invoice I have ever received has a late fee if you don't pay within x days. Their customer service just told me that I have to go in and calculate the late fees and add them manually to each invoice. What, was this designed for people with 3 customers?     Invoiced is very user friendly and connects to Sage Intacct which was a very important aspect for us. It made it easier for our AR team to do collections. Email reminders for upcoming or past due invoices are a big time saver!

    We use invoiced to create recurring billing with our clients. It solves the problem of having to chase clients to get paid. It also allows the clients to store their payment method as auto-pay so that any future payments can be paid automatically without the input of the client. If a credit card payment fails, it will alert the user. ACH payments this is not the case as invoiced cannot get notification from the payment processor that we use (BluePay).

    We used Invoiced to securely store customer payment information, create invoices, and set up a recurring subscription payment model. We also use it to process payments through our merchant and have it communicate with QuickBooks to align payments with the corresponding invoice.

    Invoiced was never able to successfully launch at Kanopy, even after 9 months of attempting. We held numerous pre-sales calls with their team to ensure our needs were properly explained, however, it later became quite apparent that Invoiced has many flaws in its software and is not robust enough to handle Enterprise-level companies. We purchased the Enterprise license in an attempt to provide a payment portal to customers, automate collections for thousands of receivables, and provide payment history on-demand to our customers for reconciliation purposes. Invoiced was supposed to sync with Netsuite out of the box, but the reality is that the only way this occurs is if a company elects to make absolutely zero changes to their instance, and every feature remains default to standard settings. Such a company that doesn't have a single unique setting simply does not exist, and Invoiced lacks the expertise and preparedness to work with larger companies. In fact, they do not even have a real implementation team. We were placed into working with the founder of the company, who did not have any plan for us, and fired from the hip every week trying to navigate.
    Provides integrations with credit card companies and direct debit providers like GoCardless. Sales team does good demos, but be VERY careful because these demos may represent an unachievable scenario if you are a larger business or one that has more than the most basic, vanilla needs. Nothing else, all other experiences with Invoiced were negative.

    Overall: Everything was working fairly well until October 2020. Invoiced rolled out an update to their Quickbooks Online connector and broke the planet. Instantly, the software began reporting hundreds of reconciliation errors. After reaching out to their support team, we were made to believe that we were the only client experiencing these issues, and were assured that they would be corrected quickly. Two and a half months later, we were still experiencing the same issues, and continued finding new problems that were caused by their software update. We had six different open support tickets to address various large problems that were affecting our business negatively. Our clients were not being billed as expected or were not being charged at all, the software began unexpectedly injecting new sku's within Quickbooks, and parts of their product no longer worked. We reached out to a few other companies that were also using invoiced.com and learned that they were experiencing the EXACT issues that we were experiencing! Then, came the fix. One would think that we would have been notified that anupdate was forthcoming, since we had an open ticket and had been living with these problems for months! Nope. We logged in one day, and learned that they injected hundreds of journal entries into our accounting system that were wrong and misstated our financials. It took us 20+ hours to correct this mistake. As of the date of this review, we are still experiencing many of these issues.

    Overall: It's very easy to keep track of overdue payments. It's very customizable. The site has a clean feel, and it's pleasant to look at (and when you crunch numbers all day, they may as well be nice to look at). I've only ever experienced one glitch that was easy to fix, which is amazing for a software company. Their customer service is also great and very helpful.
