I find the interface for this tool very confusing to use. There are so many ways to screw up an order--assigning it to someone instead of issuing a requisition, for example. It just doesn't feel user-friendly. I don't care for the search function much, either. It's hard to sort and filter through all of the results to find exactly what you're looking for. This platform is completely functional and useful, however, it's not the most attractive. The interface is very plain and does not lend itself to any branding outside of our initial logo at the top of the page. The text and colors are not specific to our university to give a sense of comfort when dealing with the platform. This would assist in ensuring we are working with an approved platform and vendor. Overall: My company utilizes most of the JAGGAER indirect modules and the Contract Management module isn't the best of them but it is still very good and we have been very happy with the upgrade that JAGGAER brought to our organization.
