The team and concepts behind Market DoJo are what I like best. They listened to us and then provided a flexible and simple to use solution providing a set of Procurement tools at a cost that did'nt break the bank and in a timescale of a few months which enabled us to meet ISO audit expecations. The platform works very well for what we use it for, both the Market Dojo and the SIM Dojo. We have not had any failures or errors in the platform which is obviously a good thing - I have a lot of confidence it can handle everything I through at it. One disadvantage is that it requires preparing, a considerable amount really to figure out how to work different highlights. The site would profit by short video sites demonstrating to utilize Market Dojo's highlights. Once a RFP is propelled, it is extremely hard to transform it along these lines, it should be tried before a RFP being issued. Other disservice is that it tends to be over built for the least complex of RFQ activities, anyway the cloning office implies once a straightforward RFQ compose has been made it very well may be duplicated rapidly. I'd get a kick out of the chance to see the sorts and arrangement of the barterings extended somewhat more yet the principle kinds of closeout and the alternatives provide food for everything except the most complex transactions. There's some restrictions in how Events are configured that aren't ideal and some times confusing. There's issues are small though and the team are usually pretty receptive to feedback and can help resolve any issues I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: From the support team, through to our personal Market dojo manager, the experience of using this platform was always a positive experience. It was a pleasure to work with Market dojo to achieve our online Auctioning targets, which was a success. The platform was easy for our many suppliers to access and use, with straight forward functions. The reporting tools and summaries created afterwards were quick and easy to download allowing for strong analysis of any Auction we ran.
