The information architecture in the interface is not intuitive and makes for an unpleasant learning curve. Instead of just placing notification badges next to whichever threads need your attention you see a separate "Chat" icon in the left hand navigation that encompasses ALL thread notifications which is both unnecessary and not helpful. If a particular thread needs my attention I want to see a notification next to that specific thread, not a disjointed chat icon. Also I can't just delete old threads, I can only hide them. I suppose this serves the same purpose but for some reason it feels like an incomplete action to me. Also there is no bulk action hide/delete capability so if I have 30 threads that are no longer active I have to hide them one by one. Review collected by and hosted on
