    4. Since it's a Microsoft application, its integration with Microsoft 365 applications is unlike anything we have ever tried, we can directly edit Word, Excel, PPT etc. without leaving Teams and this drastically improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Microsoft Teams for online classes and virtual meetings during covid-19. Its scheduling and joining features are so easy and user-friendly. There are so many features like flies sharing many more. It is so easy to come and join the meeting because all the meetings are already sheduled, and we have to click one button only. This platform is also very good in terms of security. So I like it because it is very easy to use microsoft teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to add users ONE AT A TIME to EVERY GROUP rather than create a user and then assign groups to them (like in Sling) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Teams didn't simplify our communication - it was more difficult. Actually sending messages to another person is more complicated and sharing files is a massive time waste (so much so that I'd probably revert to sharing files over email instead). Example - we used to send 9-10K messages/week with Slack. If our users spent 1 second more sending a chat message over Teams (which is generous) then we'd have spent at least 3 additional hours in our communication platform. We implemented Microsoft Teams a few years ago and starting adopting it as a replacement for Microsoft Skype for Business. In the beginning adoption was slow and it was hard to get our staff and clients to move over. However when the Covid Pandemic started we kept on sending out client/user comms about the features of Microsoft Teams. We suddenly saw major adoption of Microsoft Teams and I can say this is one of the best collaboration and unified communication tools out there. We use the Teams Channels for our Team collaboration and work. Sharing documents with users that need to work on it at the same time really works well. I have seen over 400 users work on a single document at the same time and we had no issues. The Teams meetings work really well, Virtual Backgrounds are excellent, and is a major improvement compared to Skype for Business. Finally, the multiple integration options with other apps, or the online web access functions are really great features. You are able to do everything in the Teams web app you can do in the desktop app.
Great collaboration tools and experience Really good online meeting and meeting collaboration experience and tools The Teams web function works really well and I sometimes prefer it over the desktop app The additional add-ins available makes it truly great

We are using Microsoft as an internal office communication tool to collaborate with internal stakeholders. We use Channels and Groups for API integrations and posting global messages. Teams meeting is frequently used for Product Demonstration and client knowledge sharing. We use it for the customer success team and Sales and Marketing efforts for one of our products. We also use it for hosting product based events and seminars and also by reaching out to off shore teams.
