The submission process is straightforward and supports Word and PDF formats to check the uniqueness (Plagiarism). The detection process is authentic because the sources' links are strictly provided, and the text resembles the source. Additionally, it provides the highlighted portion of the text where we can easily find the corresponding source that requires the text's change. The best feature I like about Turnitin is that it highlights the differential similarity score after submitting a file and generates an originality report quickly. This plagiarism checker does not reliably catch plagiarism. There are whole websites (CourseHero, for instance) that are left out of the report. It is more effective for me to use a Google search than to rely on Unicheck. It does occasionally find some instances of plagiarism, but it can't be relied upon for that purpose like some others can. I have never heard of TrustRadius before - perhaps be more visible online (not sure how you currently make money but) in some way featured. In some cases you could have an expert panel that could go in and make additional comments etc. Possibility to vote for the helpfulness of review so that the user can see what reviews are being helpful (like Amazon or Google does with Q&A). Just an idea - you could start doing video reviews?

I think the way in which the programs of a specific brand appear can be smaller. It should be in the form of a list and not in the form of squares. I think that they could demand those who place the reviews to be more specific and not so long in some cases.

Overall: Overall, we are still learning to use monograph and are still undecided if we like it or not. Even though we do not send invoices thru monograph, we have used it to track our time when invoicing and really liked that you can track any time that hasn't being invoiced in the past. This saves time, but at the same time we create two invoices (one in monograph and the other in QuickBooks). We also enjoyed that we can see what tasks have been completed and assigning tasks have been fairly easy do.

Overall: I love Monograph and would recommend to anyone in the field. I think it is pretty user friendly and easy to understand where project status and finances stand. The color coding and layout of the Gant sheet is great! Invoicing is a breeze as well as timesheet management.
