At times, Play.ht's voice synthesis can lack natural inflection, particularly with technical terms or complex sentences, which can slightly detract from the listening experience. Also, customer support and pricing is not clear. They changed customer service representatives/account managers without clear turnover and the pricing structure drastically changed within a year. The price changed to 23x the cost without a clear reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
