ShareFile is an exceptional file server, the best part is that it is hosted in the cloud, which leads to easy deployment and access to files from anywhere via some device with internet access. At all levels it meets the important need for hosting and file management of a work team or an entire organization in one place. It is a perfect file server hosted in the cloud that meets the needs of hosting files and essential information of our organization in one place. One of the things I like most about ShareFile is that it allows us to generate download links so that we can grant access to exclusive files to other colleagues, collaborators, and even customers with incredible ease; it is easy to set permissions. On the other hand, it should be noted that ShareFile's user interface is highly intuitive, integrates well with Outlook and is excellent for sharing files in the cloud where you need to collaborate. Also when you send files to people and they try and open it with an Apple Computer or a Cell Phone the file sharing process does not work frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seriously though, it's 2015 and this business needs basic security training and control education. Government (NIST) has plenty of standards they can look to implement that go back at least 2 decades. Start with that RightSecurity. Too late for my personal data. Overall: It was not a good expensive. It was expensive, customer service was horrible, and I was never able to get any information on adding eSignature functionality to my account.
