(Microsoft) 365 have come a long way. The interface, the look, the sleekness of the software now and the fact that the cloud-based system does well like the likes of Google is fantastic. I love how I can create and store all of my personal and business files together in the same place. I also find the fact that I can collaborate with others on projects and documents. Being able to organize everything however I choose adds a personal touch to it too. The amount and variety of the templates they offer is amazing and I love how it gives the option to upload any of my documents and files into the app of my choosing. Microsoft 365 is being used by my entire organization. It helps us create reports for all employees because we rely heavily on performance metrics. We use it to create presentations for team meetings and quarterly summits. We also use it to share content across the organization. It is a tool that we use every single day. We also use the cloud storage and email app.
Microsoft 365 provides a great cloud solution which makes it easy to access your content on any device. Microsoft 365 allows me to create documents I have to present to my employees during team meetings. It also helps me to conduct my daily meetings with Microsoft Teams.

We use Microsoft 365 as our standard productivity and communication application for the whole organization. We use Outlook for email and Word, Powerpoint, and Excel as needed to prepare documents for winning new business and managing existing business. We use Teams for internal and external communications. And we use Planner as our internal project/task tracking tool.
Outlook is a great email application. We have the client tool for our laptops, but use the cloud version for mobile devices. Teams is a great live, audio and document sharing tool. SharePoint is a great collaboration, document management tool. MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint allows us to document, share, and report information. Planner is a great tool for simple small project or task tracking.

It is used across the whole company. The idea is to have access to data from various sources and equipment. The documents are also shared with customers through One Drive. It’s a much easier and more secure way to transmit information. These documents are usually of MS Word or Excel formats, a well as videos. Some of the latter may be too big to send by email.

Microsoft Office 365 was sold to our company as a needed tool prior to me being hired. The sales reps at Godaddy/365 said in order to edit an Excel or Word document on a mobile device, they had to buy 8 licenses of Microsoft 365 - [functionality] which was offered for free by Google. This was a waste of money, dishonest, and a far inferior product to Google Docs and Google Sheets. The online version of Office 365 was too limited.
The online version too limited in features and glitchy. Google Docs offered more features for free. The online and desktop versions didn't work seamlessly at all.

Documentation, presentation & email.
Errors that occur take a Ph.D. and hours upon hours to resolve. Inconsistency in how certain functions operate, MS doesn't follow its own application design guides. When things break, it's almost impossible to resolve. for example, for two years, the search function in Outlook has not worked. We've spent at least 40 hours researching the problem, which is very common but have been unable to resolve it. Even when working with support, the problem comes back, so it's been a waste of time to try to do anything about it.
