Siamo 8 professionisti, tramite la semplicit e la solidit di Onlyoffice riusciamo a condividere tutte le informazioni necessarie per interagire tra i vari livelli e le varie infrastrutture gestite. Offri anche ottime soluzioni di backup e soluzioni HA difficili da vedere anche in prodotti ben pi blasonati. Si molto pi liberi nella gestione dei log e, in ogni caso, in grado di interagire con tutte le altre piattaforme. Ho avuto modo di provarlo sia come workspace che come document server associato ad una webdavbdi terze parti. L'installazione non delle pi semplici e raccomando vivamente di utilizzarlo come immagine docker in Linux. i documenti creati sono cos ben nascosti che risulta difficile anche all'amministratore ritrovarli. Le funzionalit e le integrazioni sono molte e la compatibilit con i prodotti Microsoft stupefacente. Nello specifico l'utilizzo del documento server agganciato ad una dav di terze parti risulta molto pi utile e gira anche su architetture arm64 per cui possibile implementarlo su sistemi embedded.

It did not save any of the changes I made on a document I was working on with Google Drive despite saying "Changes Saved". Wasted hours on a project that it didnt save the changes to.

Open sourced software is awesome but our biggest gripe at times was (at least for a few in the company) it was a little glitchy. Not often, but often enough for some of the team to notice.

I use ONLYOFFICE everyday to send and receive documents, on my work and personal life, the software allow to work Mobile and Desktop so it's easy to go from one to other and continue working, no everyone have Microsoft Office but everyone can have ONLYOFFCE EASY and continue with the work with the same quality, I love the formula management and use every time to easy explain problems and ideas, the integration with world and graphics allow us to create professional presentations and forms to improve or work.

It is a good application, but the support is very bad...we never have a right answer, they take days to answer, and it looks like the company is runned by one single person. Never found out who is the manager, and there is nobody to complaint when you get bad support services. Good software, but for those who do not need a business stability....well...you'll get quite nervous not knowing whats going to happen if there is a problem.

Overall, ONLYOFFICE is a game changer. It is a viable alternative to mega cloud corporations like Google and Microsoft. It's nice to have your own private server with control of your data. Pair ONLYOFFICE with NextCloud and you have all of the productivity software you need.

The best alternative to the Microsoft Office suite. Apple Office can also do the job some times if you are not planning to use it in a commercial environment but it promotes bad habits by learning a much different UI than the Microsoft suite. Only Office instead tries to mimic the Microsoft Suite as much as possible so you can still be familiar with menus and things once you go into a professional environment which will most likely use the Microsoft solution. A great alternative towards other Office-suites and probably the one the best deals with Microsoft Office-files. Great desktop editors on all platforms and easily to integrate into Nextcloud which makes this solution a full circle directly from your private cloud!

I have only used it a few minutes but I can already tell it is better than LibreOffice because spell checker works without hassle. Interface is less confusing too. Watch this space for more opinions once I have used it more.

It's only considered freemium because the paid version is a full office suite for companies. This is not the usual freemium software that will put water marks on your files or restrict use in any way.
