First, it is an open-source software suite and the best alternative to Microsoft Office Suite. the best thing about this office is it has all kinds of features and tools that normal employee requires in their workforce such as presentations, word file processing, and making insight using spreadsheets and so on. It has a large number of templates that make my work easier in so many ways. navigation is quite easy and user-friendly. it also supports almost all types of file formats such as Adobe PDFs, MS Office files, etc. WPS Office also provides cloud storage because of which all the files can be accessed anywhere and on any device. WPS Office has lots of options that I can use to make documents, spreadsheets, presentation papers, etc. It is newer, faster, easier to use, and lighter than the office. However, what amazes me is its compatibility with Google Drive, which provides online storage. It is very cheap or almost at no cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thought it is the best alternative of Microsoft office but it still lacks few features. One of the things that I don't like is that it does not have all the features for editing a pdf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our sales department is using WPS Office for the most part. I use it for spreadsheets and documents. I have a lot of data that I upload and download into databases that I use the sheets for. It replaces excel for everything I do. And then the documents, of course, I use for anything from contracts to instructions. WPS Office allows me to attach and send sheets and documents to people outside of my organization, but with Google, you have to give access.
I can download data into a sheet and send it as attachments to my client to review before I import it into their database. I can upload data right from the sheet and import into our CRM.

WPS Office is being used by me personally and not by my organisation. It solves the problems Microsoft Excel used to solve.
Alternative to rather costly Microsoft product (Excel). Functions almost as equivalent to Excel. Pivot table is a great tool or feature.

The DSRF software development, cyber security and mainly data analysis and scrapping teams are utilizing WPS Office generally. I personally use it for bookkeeping pages, emergency text or code writing, and reports. I have a great deal of information that I transfer and download into information bases that I utilize the sheets for. It replaces Dominate for all that I do. After the reports, of course, I use it for anything from agreements to guidelines. WPS Office permits me to join and send sheets and reports to individuals outside of my association, however with Google, you need to give access.
