We are a small nonprofit organization with a limited budget. We were able to integrate Site Search 360 into our site to ensure that our audience could find the content that they need, across a few of our interrelated sites. Site search appears to be an incredibly powerful search plugin that offers genuine improvements over the default search offered by WordPress. It can be customised in many ways, and pull products and news articles into the search results. It seems on the face of it, a mini google search engine on your compay site. I love the support, which is out of this world. Abbie was so helpful and helped me to fine tune our search box system so that only the required section of our web site was indexed. Being a little older (72) it sometimes hard to work out what to do but with Abbie's help there was no problem. Thank you, Abbie. You made my life a lot easier. I have been very busy with my business development and had almost no time to attend to the website. I dislike the fact that a user has to switch to a new page to do his search. Visitors find this practice cumbersome and confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Global search results often come out too fluffy. We have experienced that the engine sometimes does not show the most relevant pages, e.g. when writing a sentence from a specific page into the search bar, the engine would suggest a different page as the best result.
