I just hope this company holds out for the long term and becomes the multi billion dollar company it should be and not just another lame division of Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite really liking most of the app, I had several questions that revolved around some of my email not showing up. For instance, I'd choose contacts and pick someone and their most recent (like within the last week) emails were not showing up in their spot. And, yes, verified it was from the same address just in case. I figured there was a setting that I'd either turn on or off so I went looking for customer service. The blog/help center on their website is sorely lacking in information. So thought, I'll just contact them via forum or email. After spending nearly 30 minutes trying to find someplace to do this, I finally found an email address on their twitter page that I almost overlooked because it's not particularly prominent. That was the ONLY place I could find a customer service contact email (and never did find a phone number.) So sent an email with the questions. Never heard back. Sent it again. Still never heard back. After three weeks of waiting decided just to ditch it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
