Really slow and outdated UI design. Supported by a team that clearly isn't user experience driven. Missing the boat on ELN implementation. Support team was decimated in favor of offshore savings. Web interface not supporting instruments interfacing unless your install a middleware (Starlims Bridge)... Making a grat hosted solution useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: Many manual process are removed , and all the results sent over email to all the stakeholders on specific shedulars . there mltiple alerts are used to inform the out of spec results like emails , SMS which are further helped for quick bussiness decissions

Overall: After the launch of STARLIMS system, our laboratory management is more convenient and simple, and the probability of errors is relatively low. However, professional personnel are required to maintain the system.
