3.5We found supremo by chance and we could not be happier with the decision to change to supreme since it is very reliable super secure with a very clean and organized interface it is easy to learn excellent technical support also I like that you have a plan that is personal use that is totally free AND is totally customizable you can place your company's image and that it is totally identifiable it has truly been for us a true Blessing to get us by chance with supreme we use it in the company for all our technical support team uses it in order to provide better support to our clients since with the shared screen it is easier to solve problems Besides we also use it for business meetings and seminars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0The one that is portable and can be used without installing is excellent when we need to work on a PC that is not ours or we simply do not want to install it on our PC. 3.5In general I have not had a bad experience with supreme service has been of great quality if I had to mention something I would mention that to use it efficiently I recommend having a connection to Internet at least 5 to 10mb Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5It is certainly a good program but I noticed that it should carry or have greater security for those who make use of it, since this would offer a better guarantee for all users, mainly at the time of downloading or executing the program, it would be reliable if there some type of configuration for security. 5.0Overall: We have moved from the old remote control system (the main competitor) to SUpremo and we are able to have the same services we had before but with slightly lower quality but cheaper costs and we have chosen to keep this software so we are satisfied with it.
4.0Overall: Since I've gotten used to the latency and 30FPS is not necessary for my use, I'm quite satisfied with Supremo Remote and will be happy to renew my license. The price is good for the scope of the software and I don't need more.
5.0Overall: We used Supremo for remote support / helpdesk. We saved lot of time with this software. Most problems can be easily fix remotely instead of on-site service.
