Our company uses workable for both sourcing candidates, job postings and, an applicant tracking system. We currently have 3 departments using it but we actually just upgraded so that we can have our entire company use the system. It has really helped us streamline the hiring process and reduce communication issues between the hiring managers and HR.
It is very simple to use. We have trained several managers on it and each of them have found it to be helpful and simple. You cannot beat the price and value. For what Workable is, it is an awesome tool at a fantastic price. The customer service is great!
