First, it is an open-source software suite and the best alternative to Microsoft Office Suite. the best thing about this office is it has all kinds of features and tools that normal employee requires in their workforce such as presentations, word file processing, and making insight using spreadsheets and so on. It has a large number of templates that make my work easier in so many ways. navigation is quite easy and user-friendly. it also supports almost all types of file formats such as Adobe PDFs, MS Office files, etc. WPS Office also provides cloud storage because of which all the files can be accessed anywhere and on any device. WPS Office has lots of options that I can use to make documents, spreadsheets, presentation papers, etc. It is newer, faster, easier to use, and lighter than the office. Overall: I began using WPS during a work-term in China in the early 2000s and found it useful for working dual-language documents in English and Chinese as the software could easily handle Unicode documents that mixed English and Chinese characters. Overall, its a good option, especially for multi-language documents where you wish to ensure that formatting and language character sets are properly preserved and displayed.
