4.5Affinity Photo has proven indispensable in my daily workflow as a business person immersed in creative endeavors. Its robust features and intuitive interface make it a go-to tool for crafting T-shirt mockups and designs. The software's seamless integration into my routine has significantly streamlined the design process, allowing me to bring my creative visions to life efficiently. 4.0I appreciate Affinity Photo for its powerful and professional-grade photo editing capabilities. I love the extensive range of tools and features that allow for advanced image manipulation, non-destructive editing, and high-quality results. Affinity Photo's affordability compared Adobe Photoshop and other alternatives is another aspect to why I like, making professional-level photo editing accessible to a broader audience. Additionally, its frequent updates and responsive customer support contribute to a positive user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I think that the biggest advantage of Affinity Photo is that their cost is so low compared to Adobe's product line. If you need to do some quick graphical work, its hard to beat the price for the value. It's easy to navigate, and their customer suport has been friendly and helpful when I've needed them. Resource wise, it seems to be very efficienct compared to Adobe's products as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.5It's clumsy and very tiny in print and copies a lot from photoshop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.5Crashes often. Slow startup. Poor support. Latest version of Photo and Designer (v1.9) on Windows no longers starts. Will have to uninstall it and reinstall an older version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.5There is not even a single thing we liked about Affinity Photo, it was one of our worst purchase/investment ever. Affinity Photo has not at all been easy to adapt or implement for our team. Their customer support was disappointing off the roof, who never responded to any of our queries just because they did not prioritize us first. Its integration with other platforms was of no use for at all, because the images produced with it were not at all satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0it's a complete and easy-to-use tool for photo retouching, offering basic and advanced functionalities in terms of image cropping and clipping.
5.0Has all the basic image editing tools I need. For a newbie there are sufficient YT tutorials to get you started along with a useful FB users group
3.0I feel some of the features are a bit outdated compared to photoshop, it takes a bit longer to do the same thing I could do in gimp/adobe.
4.0On the other hand, Affinity isn't perfect: it's not optimized for Windows, and lags and bugs are common, even on powerful computers. Another particularly disconcerting point is its layer management, which is totally at odds with the competition. For example, there is no notion of a locked layer, which can prove problematic.

9.0I use Affinity Photo to edit and resize photos mainly. But that is only scratching the surface of what it can do. Adjusting photos and making them better before using them in other Affinity products is super easy. If you are used to working with a photo editing program then Affinity will feel comfortable for you.
It integrates with the other Affinity products really well. Able to edit files that have been made in photoshop. Good range of tools to touch up photos when needed.

5.0Overall: Ive already said plenty in my review for Affinity Designer that Id repeat here, and to clarify, I have many good things to say. But to expand on my glowification of this software and this brand, I love having access to a competent photo design tool that gives me unlimited use of layers, effects, fancy brushes, useful warping tools, filters, filters, and more filters, connections to free stock photo sites (even if they did end integration with Unsplash to save on costs), and even smart images for mock-up designs, all without having to pay for it twice, three times, four times, or whatever the going price is for other premium design tools made by companies that start with the letter A. Im a writer, not a graphic designer. But with as much as I use Affinity Photo these days, Im starting to wonder if that statement is still true. Love this app, love this brand, and I happily support any product they make, including and especially Affinity Photo.
5.0Overall: Affinity photo is powerful professional image editing software. Editing is very fast. It work on Windows and Mac platform, but it work on iPad too, which is excellent possibility. Every filter, effect, tool has numerous options for adjusting. There is no idea which you cannot complete with this extraordinary image editing tool. With integrated color profiles, RGB and CMYK, you can easily deliver your photos for online, to photograph shop or to press.
5.0Overall: I enjoy using Affinity Photo and Affinity designer, both are great alternatives to Photoshop and Illustrator. Even if Affinity Photo is not perfect, the pricing remains its most attractive quality. The tools are not perfect and there is a learning curve if you come from Photoshop but Serif is doing a great job and their Workbooks are a great starting point to learn the rope. I highly recommend buying it as we never know prices might go up some day.
5.0Overall: Affinity Photo is a breeze to learn and use. I've been long-frustrated with Adobe's pricey subscription model and bloated Creative Cloud software that runs in the background. Affinity Photo released me from this yolk; it launches quickly, and I got it on sale with Affinity Designer (vector editor) for only $79 CANADIAN. Wow.
5.0Overall: I am very happy and satisfied with Affinity Photo. I will recommend it to everyone I know who needs and uses photo editing software. The price is so cheap and the product is so great!
3.0Overall: Had a great experience with Affinity I still use it from time to time for my marketing graphics for my car dealership. Definitely one of my favorite tools in my toolbox.

4.0I was looking for a good Photoshop alternative, since I got a new iMac with El Capitan 10.11 and my Photoshop CS4 stopped working. The tools I really need are Healing Brush, Clone, various selection tools, layers & layer masks, a pen tool for creating vector objects, the ability to scale & warp selections - basically, I wanted to get as close as possible to Photoshop's capabilities. When I found Affinity Photo for $30, I was skeptical, but after using it for a while, I'm really happy with it. ...
5.0I've worked a lot with Photoshop and find AP to be an improvement in several ways, eg. in brush editing, and just the overall design / feel. Nice interface, more features than you might expect, and only major updates are paid. There's been one so far, and the first one is still supported. So no subscription and really low price compared to Adobe's. Both desktop and iPad versions work very well. The iPad app is probably the most advanced touch app I've tried, in having pretty much (exactly?) t...
5.0For me as a long time user of Photoshop since 1992 till 2018, Affinity Photo is the best application to replace Adobe Photoshop. The ease of use in this application cannot be compared to Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. Although GIMP is a bit difficult to use, but you can get used to it in the long run and I have no regrets switching from using this application apart from being free. Along with Krita which is the second one and GIMP the third one as my image editor of choice. And of course the best an...
5.0Just reviewed Affinity Designer so not re-writing that, but this is just as amazing. I think that you cannot go wrong with these products and it is a shame the Affinity range consists only of the three Designer, Photo and Publisher items....however, so far as I am concerned if you do not need the wider suite that Adobe offers or the really specialist features of stuff like GIMP and Inkspace, you should go with Affinity. Check out the YouTube videos from Serif if you want to be convinced!
5.0A lot faster than Photoshop. Doesn't have the lag photoshop has (especially when using font tool), also doesn't have 11 additional programs running in the background like with PS (and CC) even after closing the app.
5.0Many features, light, clean interface, not expensive
