I like abouth the different tools available in coral draw. And also you can edit photos as well in coral draw. Like Illustrator you can't edit photos there. You have to go to a photo editor app edit photos and get into illustrator. But here in Coral Draw you can edit phots as well while designing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start? This software is so not intuitive. I was forced to use Corel Draw in the early 90s and stopped once I got a hold of Adobe Illustrator. I was forced to use Corel Draw again because the company that makes our laser cutting machine decided to run their plugin through this software and we have no choice but to try and muddle our way through this program. We purchased a copy to have at the office on Nov 17, 2021. We have yet to get it to install. We have exchanged over 20 emails with Corel Support all in the same patter, Try this... that didn't work. Well, try this... that didn't work. So, I've spent over $300 for a piece of software that will not install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use CorelDraw to create art, as well as manufacturing renderings/plans for indoor and outdoor signage. It is used by our Graphic Design team on the front/sales end of a project and by our Project Management team on the back/manufacturing end of a project. On the artistic side, our Graphic Design Team incorporates customer PMS Pantone colors, architectural features, and new design elements to generate a rendering for the customer that would give them a realistic idea of what their sign could look like. Project Management uses dimension tools and 2D design elements to show our fabrication team exactly what would need to be manufactured.

In general, it has allowed me and the design team to represent various products with excellent quality. The new releases are incredibly time-saving because of the multi threading and it counts when you have a tight schedule doing projects for clients. Overall, great performance/feature improvements for marketers. Good tool for page layout and logo creation.
Powerful and incredible program of photo retouching. Any image can be perfected and in marketing, that is an indispensable tool to achieve high-quality work. Very easy to use for vector drawings. CorelDRAW proves to be a powerful, capable graphic design app.

CorelDRAW is currently used for creating graphics for use in InDesign, Photoshop, and for creating other graphic file formats directly used in the production of advertising, signage, and other specialty and print projects.
Infinitely scalable Vector-based graphics. Controlling the overprinting of both fills and outlines for manual trapping. A multitude of export formats including PDFx-1a and multiple levels of EPS and AI compatibility, as well as raster-based formats with full color and antialiasing control.

We use Corel for most of our Vector Art Needs. It address our art design concerns.
It needs to be easier to do photo design and conversion of images It would be nice if the import really worked for importing AI files It hangs a lot as a program

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is not my top choice for a graphics program, however, it has certainly improved from years before. It is really nice for creating mockups for future product designs, but the graphics are somewhat flat or better for clean vector art as opposed to high detailed photographic quality artwork or graphics.
I don't think it is well suited for photographic quality artwork. There aren't as many editing tools. Layering isn't as good as competitors.

We have been using Corel Draw for many years, both for graphics, things like our business cards, and our online presentations, and as architects, we do many design proposals, using Corel Draw to finish and embellish Autocad Drawings for clients. Corel Draw is a perfect suite of instruments for graphic design which can use both images and vectorial drawing.

I work a lot with printers in my city, where CorelDraw is a standard. That's why I learned to use it and from then on my experience is good and in the aspects I mentioned I recommend it. It should be noted that it has a steep learning curve. It fulfills many functions and almost all kinds of graphical pieces can be solved smoothly, even without mastering it completely.

All in all Corel was made with graphic designers in mind, all tools are easily accessible with easy to remember shortcuts too, the ability to drag and edit any object whether in curves, BMP, JPEG or text makes working within this software effortless.

CorelDraw is very good designing software but compare to photoshop lot of features missing in CorelDraw. It's too slow processing and some tools are not working correctly So, completely I am not comfortable with CorelDraw.

Overall I am a devoted user even though I have lost countless hours of work from the software crashing mid job. Auto save has NEVER worked. It is still my best option for Graphic design even with its flaws.

+ Great software with lot of feature for layout and another graphic design, you can move faster with feature and tools in Corel draw. - There's no feature for illustration with drawing tablet.
