Not all features are available during the trial. I upgraded to the paid plan after confirming that I'd be able to use a feature once I had done so. After the upgrade and the $120 charge, I was told that I'd have to wait 2-3 business days before I could use the service (which had I known, would have led me to abandon plans to upgrade and go with another provider). Despite me canceling due to Aircall not being able to provide the service I need, the billing team has decided that a refund is not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
