When i engaged this platform, i was looking for Platform that was easy-to-use, easy-to-implement, easy-to-integrate with relevant sales, marketing and advertising solutions. I got that for sure, but i got more than i bargained for.This Email Marketing Platform came with contact management, precision targeting, analytics and reporting capacity, campaign automation capability, compliance, tangible delivery rates and brilliant user support. I signed up for Constant Contact a week ago. I saw that I was on a free 60 day trial and all was good. I didn't have time to look further into CC last week. Today I got on to see about writing my first email and uploading contacts. I found my account was canceled. Why? Just because I hadn't logged in? Just because, as I told them on the phone when they called last Thursday, I planned to use it for my church ministry to tell others what I've been doing? That is ridiculous. I went to my Mail Chimp account which I haven't used for 2 years and it was still active! I will use Mail Chimp now for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
