4.0Coupa is very user friendly for me. It is also a great system of record for us as all invoices are held there. It has also integrated pretty seamlessly for the most part into our ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5I use Coupa daily, and it's been fairly simple to roll out to all our users and purchasers. It was a hurdle for some less computer literate users, but we found ways around this. It has greatly improved efficiency, with less double handling of items. The storage of invoice and receipt images embedded in the program means we don't have to store them elsewhere, and they're always available to review right on the screen. We don't need paper files anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5I like the automation. Sending daily notification to managers to approve invoices and Purchase Requistion. Allowing the purchase requestors to view their orders, invoices and payment status without them having to reach out to accounting for the updates. Setting up customized approval chain and the function of adding additional new approvers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Customer support sucks and once you sign you are at their mercy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Nothing about it is intuitive or easy to use. I've tried to submit a vendor profile 5 times now and still can't get it done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.5Transformate process is cumbersome, incredibly time consuming process. The travel platform gets bypassed more than its used becuase users always seem to find lower rates by booking themselves. The system overall creates more work for our AP team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports are easily accessible and can be customized to suit business needs.Integration with other tools: Coupa can be integrated with other business tools such as ERP systems and e-commerce platforms. This allows closer collaboration between the different departments of the company and better visibility on expenses.Overall, Coupa is a great choice for companies looking to simplify their expense management, automate processes, and gain better cost visibility. The software is easy to use, offers detailed analytics and can be integrated with other business tools.

10.0Coupa was implemented about two years ago to replace a dated homegrown expense system companywide. It was chosen for its integration abilities and ease of use, leading to very generous adoption around the company. The ease of use and beautiful UI/UX make the expensing portion easy for all employees and take a lot of the guesswork out of the process.
10.0Coupa is being used at our national office. We are in the planning process of rolling it out to our chapters through the United States, then we will roll it out to our chapters in Canada. We had aging software. Processes were very manual. Process was lengthy and prone to errors. Invoices were getting lost. There is a lack of coordination and transparency of spend with many chapters going out finding the same type of suppliers and buying the same type of merchandise for their special events. Some of the larger areas of our procurement are centralized, however, there are thousands of smaller suppliers that the chapters use that we need to get our arms around to better manage. We needed to redesign the entire function. So we took the opportunity to reevaluate our processes. We needed a simple and intuitive answer.
Coupa is easy to use, however, we had to teach our end users about procurement. They are not used to conducting an RFP, onboarding a supplier, or preparing a PO. This is the change management that our employees had to be prepared to understand. The Shelby Group helped us with the implementation. The hardest part was the integration between NetSuite and Coupa. We wanted to have a dynamic tight integration between the two solutions. If we adjusted the chart of accounts or added a new supplier we wanted it to be able to done in both systems and be available immediately in both systems. We used a partner called SuiteSkies to accomplish this dynamic integration. We’ve been able to manage the implementation and maintenance with a very lean IT group.
10.0Coupa is being used across the procurement and accounts payables departments. It integrates well with our ERP software. We use Coupa for Sourcing, self service procurement, supplier portal and accounts payables. Coupa comes with inbuilt analytics and nice reports. Sourcing templates are available which can be reused. A requisition from self service procurement can be automatically converted into a Request for Quotation. This saves buyer lots of time and improves productivity.
Sourcing events can be conducted on Coupa. While conducting the event, each sourcing event has the flexibility to have its own team. An Evaluator can also be added to the sourcing event. In our company different teams do sourcing events and coupa accommodates the sourcing event with its own team. There is a facility to add project and task related information to the sourcing events. This is a good feature. Request for Information, Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal can be created in Coupa sourcing. Coupa has the facility to conduct auctions too. The user experience is great on Coupa. Buyers or procurement team need less training as the software is intuitive. There is a facility to add attachments and text messages in sourcing events for suppliers to see and respond.

1.0Below is part of a transcrpt with Support from last week:Support: Hello! I'm {NAME}, how may I be of assistance today? Me: Well first of [all] the last chat person just HUNG UP ON ME [via chat] because I was letting him know (respectfully) I was not pleased that I can't get phone support...I would like to speak to a manager please...I've been dealing with a problems since yesterday and this is now my 4th chat.Support: Do you want to get connected to the previous person? Me: No. He hung up on me...I would like to speak with a supervisor Support: Sorry for the inconvenience. Me: Yes inconvenience. Also rude. Also, your system is frustrating...I would like to speak with a supervisorSupport: Sorry, but there is no call support available. Can you please elaborate the issue in detail? Me: Well...so far all of the "help" via chat has not been helpful. What do you propose? I am frustrated because I have been over this MULTIPLE TIMES via chat Support: Sorry for the inconvenience. Me: Don't say that again, please. I don't believe it Support: Can you please elaborate the issue in detail? Me: One more time then....After 90 mins and three attempts to get rid of me, I finally had an answer - a very simple (yet non-obvious) "click here and add this" resolution.
5.0Overall, Coupa software is a great solution for companies looking to improve their expense management. It offers many benefits, including simplified expense management, process automation, detailed expense analysis, and integration with other business tools. It can help businesses save time, reduce errors, and make more informed decisions. However, there are also downsides to consider, such as high cost, learning curve for new users, limited customization, and limited customer support in some regions. These factors can make Coupa less accessible for small businesses or those with specific needs.Ultimately, Coupa is a solid choice for businesses looking to improve their expense management and have the resources to invest in premium software. However, it is important to weigh the pros and cons before making a purchase decision and consider specific business needs to ensure Coupa is the most appropriate solution for them.
5.0Overall my experience has been fantastic! I am beginning to get reporting at a detailed level that I've never had, I enjoy the audit trails and Audit oversights
5.0This platform should be better considering all the investment and is an expensive tool for companies, so you spend more time to do the right thing once.
4.0I can devote more time to other tasks because I create invoices more quickly.
5.0Positive experience
