4.0Coupa is very user friendly for me. It is also a great system of record for us as all invoices are held there. It has also integrated pretty seamlessly for the most part into our ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5I use Coupa daily, and it's been fairly simple to roll out to all our users and purchasers. It was a hurdle for some less computer literate users, but we found ways around this. It has greatly improved efficiency, with less double handling of items. The storage of invoice and receipt images embedded in the program means we don't have to store them elsewhere, and they're always available to review right on the screen. 4.5I like the automation. Sending daily notification to managers to approve invoices and Purchase Requistion. Allowing the purchase requestors to view their orders, invoices and payment status without them having to reach out to accounting for the updates. Me: No. He hung up on me...I would like to speak with a supervisor Support: Sorry for the inconvenience. Me: Yes inconvenience. Also rude.
