The central library is really helpful to at least establish a foundation to maintain a well-organized corporate library of PowerPoint slides. The authoring tools add functionality that Microsoft failed to implement for years already (and probably never will). After moving the whole solution into the cloud the administrative effort is really small and the performance is much better. Support is good and regular updates provide more features. empower helps me finding slides much faster that have been used in previous presentations. Secondly, I can save a lot of time making presentations brand consistent. I think AI features are missing. Comparable tools already have the ability to use AI generated content/templates which is very helpful and saves a lot of time and effort.
