Fiserv has several different platforms they call "cores" this can fragment their customer base. For example we are using a core system that is not quite as robust as those banks using a different core system. Fiserv also has a tendency to nickel and dime you for everything. They like to charge installation fees for every product they offer as well as charge you a recurring monthly fee for every individual module. We've also experienced issues with them keeping their circuits up and issues with their hosted software staying up and running efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: Stay away! This company does not care about you or any business owner. They placed a hold on our account because client decided to pay by wire and refunded their credit card. Fiserve placed a hold on all our client funds. We provided them all the information they asked for now they keep telling us "They" will get back to you. Its been over a month and our clients are complaining why their cards are being charged and filing disputes when there is no dispute. Its awful, this company is not able to handle the amount of business they have. And business owners pay with their reputation. Stay away is all I can say. Stay away.

Overall: Overall I like Fiserv's system that we are using. I think it has a lot of great features and the navigation and easy of use are great. Again, the version that we have is a bit behind so it can be difficult when trying to do new things or implement certain things, but those few things are minor. For us easy of use is one of the most important features.

Overall: When I finally gave up on this service due to glitches and increasing fees and went to a more reliable service with lower fees I was hit with a $110 Closure fee! When I started this service several years ago, I had specifically asked if there was a fee to leave the service and was told that there was no such fee.
