Fiserv has several different platforms they call "cores" this can fragment their customer base. For example we are using a core system that is not quite as robust as those banks using a different core system. Fiserv also has a tendency to nickel and dime you for everything. They like to charge installation fees for every product they offer as well as charge you a recurring monthly fee for every individual module. We've also experienced issues with them keeping their circuits up and issues with their hosted software staying up and running efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use FirstData to integrate payments on my website with my bank. This way I have a system that can process credit cards without the customer leaving the site (as they would with PayPal) and it stores all the information securely in case I need to run a manual transaction. The payments are then automatically transferred to my bank account within a business day or two, so there are no extra steps in trying to get my money.
Securely stores data on FirstData's servers so that I don't have to worry about the technical details there. Integrates well with WordPress and WooCommerce and provides a seamless user experience. Allows customers to pay while staying on site, rather than leaving and coming back like PayPal.

Overall: Fiserv and clover POS are same company They are both equally as bad, time-consuming, rude and disparaging Extraordinary long wait times one company will keep you on hold for an hour. The other company will keep you on hold for an hour and a half. After four years of using their services You find out how many better options are out there. My advice is a small business owner just dont use Clover, or fiserv Save yourself, a lot of money, processing fees, the four different bills you get every month and use a different company. Believe me, you wont regret it.

Overall: Overall I like Fiserv's system that we are using. I think it has a lot of great features and the navigation and easy of use are great. Again, the version that we have is a bit behind so it can be difficult when trying to do new things or implement certain things, but those few things are minor. For us easy of use is one of the most important features.

Overall: When I finally gave up on this service due to glitches and increasing fees and went to a more reliable service with lower fees I was hit with a $110 Closure fee! When I started this service several years ago, I had specifically asked if there was a fee to leave the service and was told that there was no such fee.
