As far as marketing is concerned, Hopin Events changes the game. Their all-in-one platform provides for effortless branding resulting in our company's image echoing throughout the entire virtual environment. Our webinars are particularly benefitting from the seamless ticketing system that I enjoy for its potential to be monetized. With multi-stream capability allowing for multiple simultaneous activities, we attract different audience segments. Guest check required an attendee to go to their email inbox TWICE to verify = high abandonment rates. Exhibitors STILL cannot preview their booths before the event, meaning they're email us constantly before the event to get screenshots of what their booth looks like. There's no report that you can pull that just has the list of session and the number of attendees. Emails within hopin have no performance metrics or tracking. Many features roll out that are not thought through from an attendee experience or organizer experience standpoint and add features that are difficult to use or just don't make sense.
