It is easy to manage, self explanatory and simple to navigate.

Inorganic job postings do not yield a high volume of applicants. This low volume really hurt my hiring and business. I had to ditch Jazz because of this. Also I'm not completely satisfied with how the jobs are posted on external job boards. The highlights some boards focus on is not exactly what I would like to be my highlights.
