    GUI is unintuitive. Desktop control can be very laggy. Find it useful only for installing a full version of LogMeIn on the host computer in order to use it for any further troubleshooting. Installation download can be confusing for some customers as they do not understand the difference with downloading and running the program. While useful, the file moving capability is usually very slow when compared with a proper LogMeIn install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Overall: I guided my customers to use this software and we manage with it during few years but pricing is badly incresed and so there is no need to stay with Logmein as others competitors price is more interesting now
