Microsoft 365 is being used across our entire university. Since it has a multitude of programs that address the average office needs. It is the perfect program for a large enterprise like our university. With products like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint we can create projects and track them while maintaining great communication.
Unintuitive. Sometimes there's a simple thing that I want to edit or change, but the way to do it is a manner of clicks that I would never have guessed. A lot of googling is required sometimes. Buried features. There are a lot of capabilities in each of these programs, but sometimes they're buried under a tab, inside a dialog box, and would otherwise be missed. Limited. There are times I'll be in a program like Microsoft Powerpoint and think that I can surely do a simple change to a slide, but in fact, that exact change is impossible in that program. Maybe I want to make a template and have an image locked on a slide - but there's no way to lock something.
