4.5The modular, elegant design makes it not only a note-taking tool to best the traditional players like Evernote, but a powerful all-in-one work management tool for things like project management, documentation, meeting agendas, and much more. The fact that everything is a page and you can create databases of pages with relationships to each other (e.g. database of clients with relationship to a tasks database, so you can tie a client-specific task to that client) makes it one of the most powerful no-code solutions for creating a digital business's workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0Templates and integrations: Notion offers a range of pre-designed templates for different use cases, and it integrates with a variety of third-party apps and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The app is riddled with bugs making it impossibly to rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0If you choose to use this service, be very very cautious about what they bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.0I dislike almost everything about notion. It's extremely counterintuitive and unnecessarily complicated. It could be better by being more intuitive, easier to use, and adding more robust project management features. It's extrememly glitchy and the text editor tools are terrible. 5.0I adore how Notion makes it effortless for me to access templates that are tailored to my project requirements.
5.0What can't notion do? handles tons of organizational needs in one fell swoop, feature heavy & integrates impressively well!
5.0It's super customizable to whatever job you want done. From being a store of knowledge, tracking a project, keeping personal notes, ideating & strategizing to even collaborative learning - it does its multiple jobs without breaking a sweat
1.0Terrible customer service that has led to them overcharging for an unused product.
1.0It is not friendly to screen readers. it is quite confusing and I think there are some features that I was unable to find because of its inaccessibility.
1.0Ive spent two days going over the same 5 or 6 steps with their customer service. Ive received better customer service from machines that didnt work. All my content was deleted without my permission, and is now attached to persons/emails that are not mine. Id be careful what you use this for and never count it to be fool proof. I will not recommend this app to any of my friends or groups that I work with.

5.0Notion is used by our product management department. We use it to document and surface research insights, track product feature discovery and delivery, communicate progress to stakeholders, and document strategies and other notes.
Notion is adaptable to the way your organization thinks and organizes data. Notion makes sharing information with others very easy. Notion allows me to keep certain things private until I'm ready to share with others.
5.0I use Notion to organize my company notes as well as ongoing project tasks. I am the sole user/department. Notion helps me to track all of my notes in one easy place.
General organization. Easily changing a word/section into a new note for more details. Creating tables with custom data functions.
5.0Notion helps [me] and my colleagues track meeting notes, spreadsheets, events, and other documents in a comprehensive one-screen platform. It's been much more coherent to manage projects and efforts than Google Docs since it has a nice sidebar directory and easy-to-organize sections. Anyone can use Notion very quickly, there isn't a large effort needed to train or learn about it, it's usable out of the box for any teammate at any level.
Organize Display Information Easy to Use
3.5Notion is one of the emerging productivity services that help users like me to take notes and create to-do lists easily. Notion gives simple and beautiful writing experience that supports more than 30 media types. Dark mode must be coming to Notion next week. I'm not quite as excited about this feature as other possible coming feature but it's still a welcome move.
Android App always crash A bit high in pricing Only 5MB file upload limit in the free account Only 1000 block storage
3.5My org uses Notion as a collective knowledge-base, wiki, and brainstorming tool. Each dept keeps track of their ways of working as well as project tracking, interview tracking, and product specs. It's a very flexible, collaborative workspace-- you can use it as a kanban board, a regular to-do list. You can embed documents, Figma files, YouTube videos and other multi-media content to share your ideas.
slash brings up a command so you can't type anything with a slash in it so many options available right within the line you're writing on -- sometimes it feels like you're driving with too many speed bumps
4.02 years ago I started using Notion to structure my personal notes and materials. However, I now use it already in working processes with colleagues as an inner wiki, if we are free in the choice of instruments. This is an excellent tool for creating a related database with fields that can be expanded at any time.
Project management with deadlines is still need to be improved No milestones management

4.0Notion is a productivity and management tool that provides users with a wealth of options to manage their activities, projects, and notes. Many users appreciate its adaptability and customizability features, which let users build notes, tasks, wikis, and databases all on the same platform.Notion can build versatile, nested databases, which is one of its best features. Users have a great deal of flexibility in how they organise and monitor information by creating various sorts of databases, such as tables, boards, or calendars, and linking and nesting them. Users can also add custom fields, tags, and links to connect relevant objects, making it simple to keep track of their work and reference material. One more function that many users like
5.0The program known as Notion has a very high degree of adaptability. Because of their databases, which allow for a variety of displays, including calendar, Kanban, table, and list formats. It was quite easy to understand and enjoyable to use, in my opinion. It is entirely comprehensible to me how this might take the place of something like Google Docs and serve as a hub for your team. The very thought of it is astounding. My life is going to be lot simpler from now on. If only I had this concept while I was in school, I would be an encyclopedia right now.
5.0I use Notion as a company wiki to share documentation, instructions, policies and procedures with everyone on my 52-person globally distributed team. It's where new team members go to find and work through their orientation checklists. It's where admins go to work through their onboarding checklists when a new person joins the team. And it's where every team member goes every day to read the extensive instruction manuals they use to do their jobs. It's very easy to create and share beautiful and clear content with Notion.
5.0I find it to be a very versatile and powerful tool that has greatly improved my ability to organize and manage my work. The clean interface, availability on multiple platforms, and the variety of integrations with other tools and services make it a pleasure to use.In many ways, I consider it to be the new Google Drive, but with more flexibility and customization options. I would definitely recommend Notion to anyone looking for a better way to organize and manage their work.
5.0After using it for a week, I have texted almost all of my friends and partners to recommend it with a comment: "trust me, you don't know you need this tool" as I was thrilled to discover it. As someone who was using every single organizing tool under the Sun, I'd say there's nothing more flexible, user-friendly, and smarter than Notion. I am beyond grateful to the creators of this product, can't recommend it enough.
5.0Ultimately, I would recommend Notion to anyone in an instant. It has a suite of features, user-friendly UI and organisation benefits. Furthermore, the personal subscription recently became free for everyone and the business prices are reasonable, giving people no reason not to use Notion. I believe that Nation can fit into many workflows very easily due to its plethora of features.

4.0Notion is a fabulous all round productivity app! * In the field of purely notes based apps it is better than the likes of Standard Notes, Laverna, SimpleNote, etc. due to its extensive markdown support, additional features (like inserting images, links, LaTeX, highlighting and text color), and the 'block' architechture that makes arranging and organising information very easy. * It serves as a very powerful productivity app that can be made to your preferences, supporting Kanban style views,...
4.0Notion is the most complete note taking app that is on every platform. I use Notion on Android, Windows and IPad. The app is for heavy users and not for the casual users. Has a lot of features that might not be needed if you are looking for something like Google Notes. I use Notion to build quick and minimal websites and customize them with Super. Has probably the best web clipper. Android app is not that user friendly and sometimes might feel clunky. It feels like the Notion Desktop app is fo...
4.0Nat Eliason and his Sparknotes summary for books was what first introduced me to Notion. It's basically an Evernote-like application, a typical all-in-one. The Web Clipper actually saving a local copy of the page is nice (hurricane Ian hit me in Florida at this time, so I used it a lot) Not a perfect score as my two issues are: -Mobile app needs to be quicker, something with coding or the phone itself makes it a noticeable wait every time you hit a link. -Not being able to backup Notion (with...
2.0Cons: Desktop app doesn't work without online connectivity. Auto-installs under %APPDATA%. Looks like the usual Electron-based app misbehavior.
5.0Everything gets organized in Notion... Plus: Markdown support. Airtable competitor killer.
4.0My favorite organization tool so far. Add-on doesn't work properly though
