5.0RingCentral MVP is a great solution for all of our communication needs. The phone system, the video meetings and the collaboration platform are used daily and are simple to use. 0.0I would be better off going to a rotary phone, this is a MAJOR problem. Your business will suffer for it, not to mention your checkbook. All my cards, letterhead, and advertising have this call dropping joke listed. This company knew about this problem, but took my money anyway. Don't bother with WRONG CENTRAL. 0.0Sales and Customer Service Support is atrocious. if you're a US based company find someone who has US based support. Ring Central sales and support is sneaky, lying, and will cheat to get your business. Watch out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The system is mediocre at best. The quality of the lines is 5/10, with a major delay in voice if you use the actual app and don't forward the lines to your direct phone/cell phone. After a few calls, we just decided to forward the calls directly as people were complaining about the voice lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.0Overall: The overall experience with RingCentral is very positive. The sales and implementation cycle was smooth. Users got used to RingCentral very quickly and were excited for a different system of communication. The future needs of our company will be met with RingCentral. Using RingCentral now, we are able to reduce number of contracts, home grown systems, other vendors' system and unsupported systems in favor of cloud-based telephony. I am, and my company is, pleased with RingCentral.
3.0Overall: Their platform is solid. The features are extensive. The call quality is good. The configuration backend is a bit wonky. They simply beg for feedback way way WAY too often. This has been going on for years.To everyone at RingCentral reading this. You DO NOT have consent to contact me or our company about this feedback. It's disgusting I now have to write this every time I leave feedback to not get a followup call.
5.0Overall: Ringcentral replaces our previous phone system in its entirety, allowing us to utilize soft phones and providing a means for video and text communications. Although we later transitioned to different services for chat and video, initially it was a welcome addition when we were just needing the phone/fax. Overall ring central is a high quality soft phone.
4.0Overall: We were looking for an affordable, integrated platform that can be used for both internal collaboration and as an external calling solution. Our staff is grateful to no longer give out their cell numbers for calls, but to be able to get calls forwarded through the app. Overall, RingCentral MVP was easy to implement and we're satisfied.
4.0Overall: It was alright. There were a few bugs with notifications not appearing across platform, but otherwise calls were clear and didn't drop.
4.0Overall: They are by far 100 times better then Nextiva!
