The system is buggy. Sometimes changing one date on an invoice (Like send date), changes other dates on the invoice automaticcaly (like due date). I emailed about it but I didn't feel like they cared to fix it. Nothing should change without me changing it. Ultimately, we moved to a cheaper payment processing service anyway Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found it challenging to keep track of the dongle needed to process the payments. If I was not in my office when a client wanted to pay, it was frustrating that I had to pay a higher fee for not using the dongle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
