0.0There is absolutely no way to reach a real person at Stripe. Email support is very slow. Receiving online payments is extremely important for any business and it is not good to go with a vendor that does not provide any phone or immediate support if something goes wrong. And things will go wrong. They mistakenly flagged our account as 'fraudulent' and shut us down with no explanation or any way to reach them! Several days later they apologized for the mistake and re-activated our account. Will it happen again? I don't know. It makes me very nervous to go with a vendor that does not have better communication and process for screening its users. I prefer WePay because they have a very involved process for becoming a partner with them, which means, they value our relationship and understand that we are trustworthy partners. 1.0The fact that a refunded payment you still lose the fees. Also, do not connect Xero to stripe it doesn't make reconciliation any easier and simply provides your clients with a method of not paying you the full sum of their invoice due to stripe taking a cut. It is also not presented to the client that the full amount will not be sent to the supplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.5Stripe support is egregious. It doesn't matter how pressing your issue is, you will have to wait a minimum of 24 hours. Even for significant customer problems related to Stripe, I've waited over a week. There's no direct number to call, there's no way to escalate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Everything gonna easy with payments with contact of the support service when you have problems with your transaction
5.0We like that it makes taking payments easy and efficient. We can set it up once and add it to our website and it operates as needed. Fees aren't terrible either.

10.0We use Stripe for 100% of our payment processing. It seamlessly integrates with our CRM and is very reliable. Since the app is also available on mobile, I never have any doubt about what is happening with our funding and can always keep tabs on it. It has industry standard rates and we get paid out in a timely manner, always.
Stripe allows me to always a tab on my funds. I always know what's happening. Stripe offers consistency. I get paid in the same amount of time, on time, no matter what. I love the app provided by Stripe; I can check anything I need, whenever I need to.
10.0As a social impact digital agency, we used Stripe for client websites, mostly medical membership organizations and charities. Previously, members would pay by bank transfer and the membership secretary would manually approve their memberships on the website. This was inefficient for the organization and caused delays for members to access the medical journal from Wiley.

10.0Through Wave Apps, I use Stripe as my primary billing method to collect my monthly web care payments from my clients. I also have it as my primary payment gateway in my client portal powered by Suite Dash. I tend to setup Stripe for my clients primary payment gateways as they are starting use it more over Paypal.

5.0Overall: My overall experience with Stripe has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform offers an intuitive user interface, comprehensive features, and reliable payment processing capabilities. The integration process was smooth, and Stripe's documentation and support resources were helpful in resolving any issues that arose. Overall, Stripe has provided a seamless and efficient payment solution for my needs. But as i said the i didn't like its fee structure so yeah that's all.
