They don't tell you upfront that the CTA won't be functional across all channels. So you put in all this work and time and then you can't even use it across all the channels. Then uploading was a headache so I reached out to "customer service" where they told me it was my fault. My computer. Told me to try a million things (which I did try every last one) and none of them worked. And they basically said, I don't know what to tell you. Oh...and the emails I got started coming in Spanish, which I don't speak...and they wouldn't respond to me in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avoid, when a company keeps charging your card for an account thats not in your name. Rather than returning the funds tells you to go to your bank for a charge back... you know they should be avoided at all costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The clickable buttons on the videos never worked. So, basically a lot of money for templates that don't work. I pre-paid fro a year, never used it, then it automatically renewed and they wont do refund my money if I cancel! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started with the free trial. During this time, they give you full access to all the elements. I decided to download the video and I had the plan to make more, so I went for a basic membership. To my surprise, I didn't have access to any of the elements I used before. So I decided to talk with one of their "happiness customer agents". I explained that I didn't have access to the elements I needed and I requested a refund. After 10 painful exchange of emails, they told me that it was "clearly advertised" what's included. But of course, during the trial, they let you use everything, but once you pay, they limit you.

The billing stated we were paying for one month. It however without telling you then repeated the one time charge less than 30 days later and refused me a refund. They have terrible drag and drop options and little to no animations.

With wideo, Mainly the learning curve is greatly decreased ,if I compare with other editing apps.After viewing few lession I was able to start in 30 minutes.I can easily create short snippets to engage with audience by transmitting a great deal of information quickly.Beside it takes less money to purchase annual subscription than others.

What I love most about Wideo is the speed. I can crank out a video for our clients in like 20 minutes. That gives me so many options. Holiday party coming up? Let me just slip on Wideo and make a video card. Need a lengthier explainer for your clients? Wideo's got templates that will make the final product look clean and professional.
