Easy to use, intuitive for non-techy people, and performant. Support is exceptional!!! The executive team is involved in the daily operation and will often respond to support questions as well. Best of all, support is rarely neededit just works! I really can't think of any downside. Try it for yourself, and you'll see there are no downsides. I wanted a CMS without the bloat of some of the regulars in the industry. I wanted the ability to have custom code in the backend but had struggled to find other CMS platforms that let me incorporate .NET and host on Azure without a lot of headaches. Agility's headless CMS is the perfect answer for those issues for me. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised with these features/benefits: * the content editor is excellent with a smooth interface and very intuitive for non-techy people to learn and use. * it's easy to create templates and page modules that reduce interface clutter and allow for extensive code re-use. * asset organization is excellent and extremely easy to select when editing content. * edit images in the asset editor without export/import with a third-party tool -- resize, adjust quality, crop, etc. * content structuring is superb, with individual content pieces (blog posts, etc.) to be separated from website and landing pages, making a clear-cut separation of concerns to avoid confusion and again make it easy for non-techy users to work with. * ability to schedule when content is published and to unpublish, revert to a previous version, etc. is a welcome feature (often not available or at a premium in other vendor's offerings) which makes it easy to keep track of content and changes without using an external program. * also, the powerful feature of previewing content before publishing, ie. the ability to preview new content while production content is still live. I'm sure there are more benefits, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Agility CMS is only an exceptionally impressive and clever CMS that incorporates extremely significant capabilities. It is staggeringly easy to use and versatile; it develops close to our cloud-based arrangement as new necessities emerge. Dexterity's staff has helped us in settling any tailor-made associations which we have endeavored. At each step of the interaction, they prompted plan efficiencies and security upgrades. It's the best arrangement I've had at any point utilized. It might likewise be used by non-specialized clients to transfer material. Free programming, simple establishment, and minimal expense. It is shutting and upgrading the program advancement lifetime hole. In contrast with other CMSs, a couple of the arrangements necessary for refined modules may be hard to get a handle on. Be that as it may, help is generally accessible. There is, by all accounts, a substantial interest in UI changes, and extra capabilities ought to be presented. We've been utilizing this assistance for a long time, and it's assisted us with fulfilling our changing needs through a few corrections. The staff is instrumental and consistently conveys the best help that anyone could hope to find. It is incredibly versatile and extendable, and we have never experienced compelled by the program while creating future advanced drives. It empowers our outreach group to impact site design in a safe headless methodology.

Agility CMS is focused on providing a great UX experience for non-tech folks (marketers, content editors...) as well as on making developers' life easier. It provides tools and excellent documentation and support so the dev team can build better and faster. As a developer, one of the things I appreciate the most is the ability to create modules, and from those modules, you can compose different pages and reuse them across the site. It's a flexible and robust approach that has been built on top of bleeding-edge technology, and they continue to add more and to listen to the customer needs. Nothing that I dislike so far, it's been a great experience using it - As a headless CMS, the website can be re-written many times with different tech, but the content always persists on Agility. For websites migration (which is something that a company usually does every few years), not needing to re-architect the content is priceless. - Modularization - Customer support - It's a solid CMS; they've been around for a while, so they know the industry, and they are not going away. It's a safe bet.

This CMS seems fairly flexible, with the ability to add add any field you need, and integrate cloud media galleries, which is useful to pull in our multimedia elements. The approvals system makes it easy for us to set up a process of content creation, editing and publishing. The formatting is easy to use, and graphics, once templated, look great. There are a lot of things that are not automatic where you would expect them to be. I mostly use this CMS to maintain a consumer-facing events calendar and we are still working out bugs three weeks in. Currently, our multiday events must have a box checked that they are reoccurring, even if multiple days are selected for the event. There are a lot of illogical redundancies like that within this CMS. You'd also think a newer system like this would have a better AI to help you catch issues, like a URL that doesn't match the title, or if you leave a field blank on accident. Where's Clippy when you need him? I think this CMS would be great for any simple website. However, when you get into more complicated aspects, it isn't as polished or ready out of the box. We just switched to using this CMS for our entire consumer website, to give it an updated look, as well as to move past our old dinosaur of a platform. I used to have to chisel away at our HTML on pages to make things look uniform, but this CMS at least does a great job with that. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are committed to providing the best Content Management System experience to everyone. Some of your feedback is specific to the custom implementation done by your development partner. We are working closely with your implementation partner to help improve your content management experience in the CMS. Lastly, we appreciate all the positives you have shared about the capability of the platform. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get back to us directly via email: support@agilitycms.com.

I like that Agility is always ready to help and users can use slack or service desk. I like the UI mostly. I like that everything is configurable and there are so many possibilities to build any kind of structure. Sometimes there are bugs that are so uncomfortable, but I understand that it's very normal. Every system has bugs)) I had some inconvenience with the new UI, I don't like how I can switch the instances. - https://help.agilitycms.com/hc/en-us/requests/58335 Also, maybe I don't know the system very well and that's why I have this thought in my mind, but I'll write anyway: I would prefer to improve user management, roles and permissions. Also, the backup possibility will be a very advanced feature, because clients will always be frightened about it )) I noticed that there is no some "delete" history and I described it in this ticket - https://help.agilitycms.com/hc/en-us/requests/58264 And one more great suggestion will be GEO restrictions -https://help.agilitycms.com/hc/en-us/requests/58158 For product improvement, I've always described it above in the "What do you dislike?" field. Communication is very good. Sometimes it delayed but overall no problem. Maybe I wish that support became faster. That's all. From time to time I'm learning the system and I discover so many good features. I'm improving my structure and can't wait to have a new project to set up a more easy and better structure for it. For this time it covers 90% of clients' requirements, and I'm very glad about it. I say one more time that I like the way how it is configurable. You can build any kind of structure.

The functionality and reliability of the Agility CMS is definitely an advantage for custom websites that publish a lot of content on a daily basis like our own. There's a reasonably wide range of options for tags and SEO as well as listing and ordering blog content, and the rich text editor is quite good. To be able to travel anywhere in the world and still post content is definitely a plus as well. The Agility CMS is like an out-of-the-box solution for custom websites that do not look like a typical Wordpress or Drupal site. In the absence of a large online community of users like Wordpress, I believe Agility is headed in the right direction by posting more instructional content and user information online. The customer support has been slow in the past but they did try to address glitches with custom websites. They now partner with a third-party vendor for support that we have yet to use. The lack of plug-ins, such as a Google News publisher, has meant that we have to delay some implementations until we can afford the cost of the vendor. Be sure that the platform meets your needs as a user and business. Agility strikes me as a good mid-market solution between Wordpress on the lower end and an in-house or vendor custom solution, even though they have several large clients. I believe that the Agility CMS helped Canadian Accountant to build readership quickly because it was recognized as a trustworthy news website immediately and accepted into Google News within just six months of being launched, despite limited staff and financial resources.

Agility offers a balance of simplicity and capability that other platforms don't offer. User-friendly platforms like Word Press do not offer our company the ability to fully customize our site based on our goals, but more adaptable programs like Drupal do not offer the support resources to simplify the structure of our site with pre-existing modules or professional development to meet our needs.
Agility is well suited for companies that want a balance of control and support. For major global site updates, these can be handled by Agility's support team, while minimal changes and updates can be performed autonomously by the company's own staff with ease. For companies that are interested in flexibility to reconstruct site structure or major global facelifts, Agility is less ideal because these changes must be handled and paid for through Agility support.
File management within the CMS is extremely helpful as a hosting/uploading tool local to our web pages and content. Ability to clone web page content across mutli-language websites takes only a few clicks, and translation can be performed easily based on default English content. Ability to post shared content and link content to categories for easy organization of content on the web - post once, and serve the content up on the live site in multiple places.
Simplification of uploading files would be ideal - where all files are located in the Media & Documents section rather than uploaded directly to Shared Content modules. One home for all files helps us keep track of what is uploaded and what is not. Better copy/paste handling of content from external programs (cleaning Word document formatting, etc.), similar to handling by Word Press and other simplified CMS would be helpful. Greater control over global content such as headers/footers, multi-language implementation, etc., would allow our developers more flexibility and reduce our time coordinating with Agility support and using BOH.

Agility CMS's modelling feature is very intuitive and easy in user point of view. There is no limit to the number of content models. Built in premium functions which will make the end-user easy to working with. The UI is very easy to navigate and the features are easily accessible. The support from the support team whenever we are stuck is very impressive and they have all the knowledge that is required to tackle issues we face.
The use of headless API has removed our dependency on .net developers, which is cost and time saving for us. This has helped in better returns and less downtime. New users can learn to use the tool easily with little proper guidance, since the tool is easy to use and interface is more interactive.
Unlimited Content Modules which are extremely helpful for file management . Unlimited number of API and Asset Requests File management among the CMS is extraordinarily useful as a hosting tool native to our web content
Pricing - I think pricing should be reviewed according to features that are required. Allowing Collaborating Tools integration would help a lot. No other suggestions so far, will update if any.

Both Assai and Atlassian Confluence have steep learning curves. I personally feel the system should be plug-and-play majority of the times. This saves a lot of time and cost. Considering how expensive getting training professionals can be, a tool that is simple to use can add multiple tangible and intangible benefits to the organization.
Agility CMS makes it very easy for us when we bring in interns to help develop and distribute contents - Agility CMS providers do not dictate about how content is presented. We have out own templates defined and the team can get started right from there. Freshers need not worry about databases at all. Agility's ability to abstract away from DB makes it so much more easier for the content developers to focus on their core work. Lack of DB removes all the hassles of backup, maintenance, connection strings, etc.
Ability to plan personalized contents Ability to use webhooks and custom logic to create our own content Ability to setup regionsa and locales for our contents
    Search function is limited

I understand the change request fee cannot be waived, but instead of issuing change request fees for smaller modifications, provide a bulk modification fee. For example, we are currently working on revamping the Corner Office Blog and will require several changes to be made on it within the next few weeks. Perhaps there could be a general change fee for the modifications on the blog instead of individually. I'd also recommend for Edentity personnel to provide more helpful ideas to the user. For example, I was surprised to find that the Corner Office blog did not include the Share This button for all entries (it is currently just at the top of the page) and that it is lacking Categories. Recommendations like these would help any small business that is just starting to settle into the digital market. I feel like Agility has the opportunity to provide guidance and ideas as well as technical help, but is not using it.
Agility CMS is fairly easy to use. For the most part, it is easy to complete simple tasks like posting a blog or changing the content on a page. It is also easy to find things on Agility as everything is organized and labelled to be user-friendly. The interface requires for little or no coding knowledge in order to have the website up and running. Also, the customer service is usually prompt and much attention to detail is given, with a few exceptions (See Cons). And help is received whenever we have an issue or query.
Although the accessibility to content is an important function, I find that Agility doesnt allow for the user to have much control over the appearance of the website aside from the initial set-up. Any other adjustments after this usually involves a change request which require a few days to be completed and additional fees. This is especially inconvenient because other website or blogging platforms allow users to modify the appearance themselves and have the changes be immediate. With customer service, although the initial response is speedy, I find that there are miscommunications that lead to projects being delayed or not completed at all. My recommendation for better customer service would be to schedule phone calls when e-mails require further clarification.

Agility replaced a combination of off the shelf and home grown CMS solutions. Being able to integrate and get everything in one place was an enormous help. Our campus uses Drupal which we found to be overwhelming when we tested, and restrictive given that campus restricts our editing through how they've set up their templates. We needed something that would allow us to implement the features we needed while maintaining the visual identity of campus. Agility allows us to do that easily.
Lack of efficiency and future proofing.
The flexibility of Agility has been a huge asset and allowed us to rebuild our site from the ground up in a relatively short period of time. The editing interface is simple enough that we've been able to have many team members contribute to the site even during the initial template building phases (i.e. content could be added to Agility even before we had the visual template to pull the content into).
There are some minor issues like the inability to see a comprehensive list as to where any given asset is being employed on the site. Having that ability would make organization of components, images, and other elements much simpler.

We are shifting our reliance off from IT and towards advertising. The flexibility to add elements and functionality without troubling IT is one of the perks. The ability to change and evaluate instantaneously is a significant improvement versus our previous CMS. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with! If you are implementing big modifications to your processes like us, I will definitely recommend Agility CMS.
The blend of built-in functionality with front-end adaptability has worked quite well. As opposed to our previous CMS, there is a considerable increase in productivity. The opportunity to evaluate modifications soon after they are made has proven useful. Creativity has also increased as a result of the global instant search.
The pricing appears to be unfavorable; I sincerely hope that it may be improved. Several features necessitate additional procedures than otherwise required, however, this is a minor concern that is most likely fixable given the way we've configured our server.

Tbh it's easy to use and it's very straightforward but I remember that we had a very hard time with the hero banner, mobile view, and texts. Also, sometimes it's very slow to publish a page. Since the preview feature is not working I had to publish the page to check how it looks and I spent lots of time waiting to see for the changes. As I know you use Trello which is great I love using those and it is very effective but I just gave a code to be added for one website's back end but it took 3 weeks which I believe that's a very quick thing to do because code was ready and I added a description where to add it. I thought there were other requests before me and I needed to wait them but that was the only request from client at that time.
It's very easy to use. Copying saves a lot of time.
1- Technical issues. 2- Slow publishing time 3- No preview feature 4- No training videos or any other sources that can help

The most valuable asset this CMS platform has going for it is its customer support. As a client using this platform for the first time, our development team had many questions, and the Agility team was always there to answer them and provide support in a timely manner. Agility CMS is the perfect solution for clients that want to be able to get content management out of the hands of IT and into the hands of business users, yet also has the flexibility to be highly customized by an experienced development team using the .NET platform.
It may not be intuitive to use as some of the other CMS offerings out there, and may require some training to get the most out of it and use the platform to its fullest capacity. That said, the Agility team has offered various in-house training opportunities and personal one-on-one sessions to get us up to speed and using the platform confidently.
