One of the aspects I appreciate about Agility CMS is its intuitive user interface. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and manage my content without any steep learning curve. The visual editor is particularly impressive, as it provides a WYSIWYG experience, making creating and updating content a breeze. Additionally, the flexibility of the content modelling system allows me to adapt the CMS to my specific needs, defining custom fields and relationships to suit my content structure perfectly. Overall, the user experience of Agility CMS stands out as a significant highlight for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supports our highly custom platform very well. Our developers are well versed in it and making updates to our site/building on the platform is relatively seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I love about agility is that it offers you the ease to edit and manage all sorts of content without calling out a team of experts. Thus, the user with less technical skills can also operate or execute commands here. In addition to this, this software enables premium editing tools like preview, image uploading tools, and more. What else you can wish for when this premium software is offering you this much? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of things that are not automatic where you would expect them to be. I mostly use this CMS to maintain a consumer-facing events calendar and we are still working out bugs three weeks in. Currently, our multiday events must have a box checked that they are reoccurring, even if multiple days are selected for the event. There are a lot of illogical redundancies like that within this CMS. You'd also think a newer system like this would have a better AI to help you catch issues, like a URL that doesn't match the title, or if you leave a field blank on accident. Where's Clippy when you need him? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In short, if it had a user-friendly interface for its users, it would optimize the learning curve process in order to work more efficiently. however when I learned to use these problems they were solved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some tasks that are still non-existent or in their infancy. A media item cannot be updated unless the new item has the exact same name. Exporting of any content for translation purposes is very basic. The rich text editor could be better. The transition between languages for some items is clunky. I really like that it allows you to manage all the content in one place and its distribution to different touchpoints is very easy. It provides an intuitive creative experience that enables non-technical staff to seamlessly make changes. It offers the option of using any programming language, generating a lot of flexibility in the creative process.

On occasion the platform isn't as reliable as we had hoped. There have been ongoing publishing issues. Also the save and preview doesn't work and preview would have been very useful to us.

Working with a lot financial institutions, we are in constant need to present the latest and greatest to our existing customers, prospective customers and considering we work for B2B, we also need to cater content for our B2C customers. Agility CMS makes it very easy for us when we bring in interns to help develop and distribute contents - Agility CMS providers do not dictate about how content is presented. We have out own templates defined and the team can get started right from there.
Ability to plan personalized contents Ability to use webhooks and custom logic to create our own content Ability to setup regionsa and locales for our contents

As a context, we are selling professional tools to the industry and we need a very robust system to handle the information, but if You have half of what we have, It's really worthy. We use Agility mainly to: Store all the product dataCreate and manage the category/web structuresManage attribute information like: length, wide, speed, nameTo link images and other assets to each product/group/categoryThrow the previews for the printed catalogs (linked to InDesign)
Store and organize your product data The AMI (admin space) is very easy to learn Easy to export information

Our data and analytics community is ever-growing. We were looking forward to creating a portal through which this global community reaches out to larger business and showcase how analytics and insights help them with their day-to-day. This was supposed to be an internal portal but reaches across the width and depth of the organization. Agility CMS was one of the strong contenders for CMS suites that provided relevant editorial, development, and security features at competitive pricing.
Page management Ease of publishing (batch publishing, device support) Strong CDN (Fastly based) Customer support

Agility tries to provide a solution that is based on structuring and converting content and delivering digital content. In theory, according to Agility, it would save design time and improve the user experience. My role was to evaluate CMS for a large consulting firm that specializes in providing different types of services to sectors such as Banking, Telco, Retail, and industry. The objective of the evaluation is to find the omnichannel experience with the minimal use of re-coding.
Limited functionality for rebuild layout pages. Need better wysiwyg editor. Large time to load and save. Bugs in the app need to be corrected.

Our Senior Manager of Digital Development and Online Marketing Coordinator at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra work together to manage our website content using Agility CMS. I am more of a casual user, uploading content such as media releases and photos to a certain area of the website 1-3 times per month.

Our Agility CMS instance is managed by our marketing department to simplify management of our web presence, including multi-language websites. Agility CMS provides easy content cloning between languages to maintain the website hierarchy across languages and help our team track which of our web pages have been localized and which are still pending.
Simplification of uploading files would be ideal - where all files are located in the Media & Documents section rather than uploaded directly to Shared Content modules. One home for all files helps us keep track of what is uploaded and what is not. Better copy/paste handling of content from external programs (cleaning Word document formatting, etc.), similar to handling by Word Press and other simplified CMS would be helpful. Greater control over global content such as headers/footers, multi-language implementation, etc., would allow our developers more flexibility and reduce our time coordinating with Agility support and using BOH.

I understand the change request fee cannot be waived, but instead of issuing change request fees for smaller modifications, provide a bulk modification fee. For example, we are currently working on revamping the Corner Office Blog and will require several changes to be made on it within the next few weeks. Perhaps there could be a general change fee for the modifications on the blog instead of individually. I'd also recommend for Edentity personnel to provide more helpful ideas to the user. For example, I was surprised to find that the Corner Office blog did not include the Share This button for all entries (it is currently just at the top of the page) and that it is lacking Categories. Recommendations like these would help any small business that is just starting to settle into the digital market. I feel like Agility has the opportunity to provide guidance and ideas as well as technical help, but is not using it.

Tbh it's easy to use and it's very straightforward but I remember that we had a very hard time with the hero banner, mobile view, and texts. Also, sometimes it's very slow to publish a page. Since the preview feature is not working I had to publish the page to check how it looks and I spent lots of time waiting to see for the changes. As I know you use Trello which is great I love using those and it is very effective but I just gave a code to be added for one website's back end but it took 3 weeks which I believe that's a very quick thing to do because code was ready and I added a description where to add it. I thought there were other requests before me and I needed to wait them but that was the only request from client at that time.

Agility replaced a combination of off the shelf and home grown CMS solutions. Being able to integrate and get everything in one place was an enormous help. Our campus uses Drupal which we found to be overwhelming when we tested, and restrictive given that campus restricts our editing through how they've set up their templates. We needed something that would allow us to implement the features we needed while maintaining the visual identity of campus. Agility allows us to do that easily.

I'm managing two of my clients website using agility, it has great API integration and it makes building pages really easy with its prebuilt modules and stuff. Staging links are a great way to share the pages without having to go live. It reduced significantly the time it took us to get a website running.
