ContentStack is easy to navigate. Details are organized and labeled accordingly. Our team uses the app on a daily basis to implement changes on our websites. There are also features that help facilitate these changes such as scheduling and staging, which make things easier as we no longer have to rely solely on our testing environment to see how our changes would look like. My team is also able to provide feedback and get customer support from time-to-time, especially when we encounter challenges with using the app. Overall, even if it has been less than a year since we've launched our website using ContentStack, it was easier to integrate into our daily processes than we initially expected. The redesign that rolled out this year increased the size of page elements in the editor and, consequently, they now occupy bigger chunks of screen, making it difficult to use Content Stack in PCs with smaller displays. I believe the previous layout was more effective in that sense. Plus, there's a pretty annoying bug when I try to expand the info uon some card when editing pages. This is a reliable and advanced CMS that new features are added every day and is constantly updated. It has excellent security and facilities and is one of the CMS+DXP that you can start working on after a short five-minute online training and create and publish your own content. You will not have any restrictions on the platform and content production and site management because you have a complete CMS.
Very simple, smart, powerful, and stable CMS platform. I’ve great and smart experience with future content management systems with Contentstack. It has extensible integrations with most business tools and superb JSON architecture and CDN-backed APIs. also I like their Enterprise 256-bit security and 2FA security features.
It has needed more pre-built templates and should be more Some UI changes are needed for ease of use, but the team is very responsive and are working on releasing a UI update very fast.

Contentstack was built with PHP, where the expertise was already available. The CMS offered a scalable platform that was planned to be integrated and built with a similar concept implemented earlier using PHP in the organization. Contentstack was easy to set up with as the development environment was readily available in the company.
Contentstack is a headless cms which can be used best where the developer wants a complete control of the content. It is designed to scale up quickly and separate business logic completely from the user interface. This solution is ideal when the customer wants a rapid solution and both the user interface and backend development can work in parallel.
Developers are in control of content management. API driven approach which makes it easy to secure the website or app. Centralized data source for multiple channels.
Difficult to modify content created. Needs in built customized solutions catered to different industries. Need a trial version with access to all features.

Before deciding on Contentstack, we researched some tools, we chose it because of the ease of creating and changing content, the API options for querying content, the ease of modeling new content APIs, high capacity of the CDN to deliver content, ease of integration with other tools and GraphQL support.
I strongly recommend Contentstack for sites and applications that need content that changes and content is published frequently. Example pages with product descriptions, blog, FAQ pages, stories. With Contentstack we were able to leave all creation and alteration of content to the business team, demanding less from the technology team. The use of Contentstack has helped a lot in communicating with our customers, allowing the business team to create and change content according to the market strategy.
