I like that the team is very easy to get a hold of if you have questions and are more than willing to help you find solutions to any particular problem you have. The software is fairly straight forward to use as well. Although lacking a couple of features, like remote viewing capabilities, they plan on adding those in the near future. The fact that I can manage up to 50 headsets for free is the biggest PRO to using ArborXR, without a doubt. I was able to figure out the software, but it isn't the *most* user friendly. I can't dock them on that for the size of their team, though. There's also some annoyance in that I haven't figured out a way to push through updates to devices while they're connected to a computer. It appears they'll only update over wifi when disconnected from a PC. I have not sought a solution to this from them as it's a minor enough annoyance that I haven't encountered it enough to warrant doing so. We are a STEM education non-profit that has been graciously gifted nearly 60 Oculus Quest 2 headsets from both Meta and Unity for use by students in VR game development. The issue we have run into is finding a faster way to manage all of these headsets without having to download apps onto each one every time we need to do so. ArborXR's offer of 50 free devices was very attractive to us. Although we haven't deployed all of our headsets using ArborXR, we have used it on nine devices so far. We often use our headsets at community events, so the kiosk mode ArborXR provides is very helpful in keeping participants where they need to be.

    - Excellent support. They are patient and reply within a reasonable time. - Viewing device status on the dashboard - View individual device status such as if there are turned on, the device serial number, device type, how long user spent in each app and what apps have been installed etc. - Can revert builds - Can share builds with other organizations easily - Can choose between ArborXR home or Meta Home - They are soc2 compliant! - Can put apps in a group and assign devices to the groups - Can upload apk and obbs - Device limit for free plan is 50 devices - A website that displays their roadmap which includes what's being planned, implemented and already done. You can upvote and subscribe to a feature that you are interested in - Sends out email notifications on new features. - Device setup can be a hassle. I had to factory reset to successfully install Arborxr on multiple headsets. Sidenote: This was a while ago, so this may not happen now as my co-workers could install without factory reset. - Unable to select multiple platforms in "Groups". This seems to be the intended design, but since I have both Quest1 and Quest2 I need to create groups for, I would need create a group for both platforms and attach the same apps. - Adding release channels to Apps section. This will help us upload builds on Alpha release, confirm it is working before promoting to Production for client to use

The functions such as grouping, app version updates and status display such as battery and WLAN are very good. The various modes such as kiosk mode or autostart are also very well implemented and work perfectly. The file management would still have to be expanded. Up to 100 files can be exchanged well, but with larger file quantities and file sizes it becomes confusing and synchronisation takes too long. We use Abor XR to manage our 14 VR glasses. We show viewers a 360-degree film. With the Kiosk Mode, we can start our specially developed app immediately and have an overview of all headsets. We can easily update new app versions. Above all, our employees who look after the VR glasses and events can work very easily thanks to AborXr. Switch on the glasses, check the system functions and start the video, done. During development and US testing, we were able to ship the glasses and control them at various testers' home offices. In the future, we will release more apps and films, and possibly also ship VR headsets. ABorXR is very well made for this

ArborXR allows me to manage a large fleet of Meta Quest 2 VR headsets belonging to my organization. Using ArborXR, I can install apps and files onto multiple devices remotely, saving me a great deal of time. I also enjoy the features linked to the headset experience, such as creating an optional home environment for the users that lock them out of certain headset features. It also makes training new users on our VR headsets much easier by providing a custom interface. ArborXR is constantly coming out with new updates and features to improve the overall experience, which I greatly appreciate. Finally, ArborXR is free for users with less than 50 headsets, a highly generous business model that allows small businesses to manage the headsets without worrying about costs. There is nothing I specifically dislike about ArborXR. There are only two features that I think would improve it, both of which the company is likely working on. First, it would be beneficial to stream the headset to a computer to see what the user is seeing. Also, it would be helpful to be able to download files from specific headsets to a computer. ArborXR has completely solved the problem of having to manage my fleet of VR headsets individually. For my purposes, I need to constantly upload files to the headsets for students to use, and ArborXR saves me hours of work by being able to push files to the headsets remotely and simultaneously. Also, training new users on VR is much easier with ArborXR's custom home environment.

Overall, my experience with Arbor XR has been excellent. The software has exceeded my expectations on so many levels; from setup to device management. With a device count of just 30, using this software is currently free. This is very well appreciated by a school that is still in its infancy of using VR in classrooms. I have highly recommended this software to colleagues who are also looking to use VR in their classrooms.
My favourite feature so far about Arbor XR is how easy it was to install and integrate with our existing devices. I had already set up 30 devices manually (Wifi settings, downloaded apps, signed into Youtube accounts etc...) and thankfully I did not need to reset any of the headsets to install Arbor XR. The setup process was extremely easy and streamlined with easily accessible articles to help guide me. What improved this service further was the extremely attentive onboarding team and help desk who responded to any queries I had swiftly.
As an educator, it's imperative to have a certain degree of visibility over what each user is viewing when wearing the VR. Currently, Arbor XR does tell you what app each device is using, but you do not have a live view of what they're doing in that app. Unsurprisingly, this feature is already on their roadmap and under development.

Control all the devices of one group at the same time
You can add or delete devices easily without having to delete the entire group. You can make different groups and install apks with one clic.
everything good. If I have to say something, maybe de UX design, but is correct.
