I love that I use Airbase daily but it takes up a small fraction of time as I'm able to effectively and efficiently complete my necessary tasks, including approving team expenses, submitting reimbursements, requesting funds, etc. It is incredibly intuitive to use with no training or previous knowledge required to quickly complete tasks - all I could ask for! Notifications are bland and not informative, Platform states 4-5 days to receive an ACH, (What a joke) In reality it is more like 6-8 business days after they send the payment notfication. I have sent millions in ACH payments and I can assure even 4 business days is unacceptable. I have done tests between USAA and Truist to test out to see if its the bank holding it or not. Our finance team is the main department that uses Airbase, but our entire organization has implemented it to get a tighter grasp on our corporate spending. The software has improved how we manage payments to vendors by streamlining the payment approval process. Overall, it has created peace of mind now that we have better visibility into our corporate spending.
We really like that virtual cards can be created for each specific vendor. It is super user-friendly and has been easy for our team to adopt; minimum to no training required!

Our company uses Airbase to implement, manage, track and report on employee business expenses related to spend. Airbase serves as a one-tool-fits-all approach to our expense tracking and management, particularly as it relates to corporate cards and travel, and gives us full visibility and control over that process, saving us time and money.
Integrates well with our AMEX account for monitoring and controlling corporate card usage. Their reimbursement module is outstanding in helping us more quickly manage that process for our employees for things like mileage. Airbase support is top notch when we require additional assistance with the module.

The overall user experience is excellent. Airbase helps Welkin improve accounting accuracy with fewer reclasses and supports a much faster monthly closing process. Time savings come also from the vendor self-onboarding process, which allows to save key documents such as W9/W-8BEN and contracts. Real-time spending monitoring also allows department owners to check on their spending without finance/accounting support.

I've mentioned out loud almost everything I've already mentioned, I hated to repeat myself, however, it's wonderful that a system works so well and, more importantly, so quickly, on such a dreaded thing as expense reimbursement. Overall the experience has been wonderful, we are able to close more accurately and timely due to using airbase. There's no longer a struggle trying to determine what the spend is on various cards as they all have been categorized previously. Although initial setup may take longer it is well worth the accuracy.
