The (overreliance) on Slack also feels like a weak point; I always feel like their website was an afterthought in terms of usability. I do wonder what will happen with Slack being acquired by Salesforce and how that will affect the core product experience of Teampay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, having to enter an arbitrary dollar amount before getting approved seems like a backwards process. I would expect to see a limit and know to stay under that amount. (Unless this is company policy and not related to Teampay) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
