Everything. The flow is not intuitive. You get emails about thing you need to do but no link to take you to it. The website is the ugliest most overwhelming thing. Logging in gives me anxiety. In my over 20 years working in talent acquistion, I have never used such a terrible piece of software. Basic functions such as the ability to disposition one or more candidates isn't available. Everything that I deem basic and many other users of this platform, must go through this feature request process and when enough requests are received, it going on a planning board. Support! You can forget speaking to someone unless you're on their highest tiered plan. No clue what our CSM does except for sending YouTube links and self help guides. The absolute worst ATS in existence, I am in shock it's a top 10 on here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our HR team, Breezy HR has been a lifesaver. We are a 80+ person team with the intent to double within the next year, and a huge part of that growth is (obviously) hiring new people. Breezy helps us streamline our hiring process without breaking our budget.
Low-Cost: Compared to its enterprise-level alternatives, Breezy is incredibly inexpensive. There are very few cost-effective hiring softwares to choose from, and we were under the impression that we'd be spending thousands to get a system that helps us like Breezy does. All in one solution: For small teams, you really only need Breezy to manage your hiring funnel. Customer Support: I've chatted with customer support for everything from product troubleshooting to changing my billing structure, and they were very accommodating and resolved my issues quickly. Job Board Integrations: Through Breezy, you can post to 40+ job boards (many that are totally free). We have found that we get a significant number of candidates from this with no additional money spent.

It reduces the amount of time required to upload, filter, categorize, and process each candidate manually. It helps us keep track of every prospect, regardless of whether or not they're a good fit. When managing new employees and keeping track of all meetings, interviews, and other stages required is a problem, you might want to give this a shot. Your hiring procedure may be made a little easier or at the very least more organized as a result.

Overall Breezy is still the best tool I have found to manage our recruiting. I haven't yet used the onboarding and HR management features, since we have other tools for when a candidate is actually hired.
