    I love that in Churnzero I can set up the metrics to keep track of all my accounts and have a macro look with so many details available. It is a great way to start my work daily and keep track of everything I do. The health and engagement of my portfolio are easily available in graphics and colors, and the opportunity to have integrations with so many other tools and teams I work with is incredible.     My CSM feels like he is reading from a script. We hardly ever get anything set up the first time, because the lack of explanation that we are receiving, and some of the features seem redundant in that they're lacking common sense.
