    I'm in ChurnZero every single day. I love the Command Center. It has all of my important tasks and to dos, my agenda for the day, and a breakout of custom segments that help me keep an eye on support ticket lead times, reviewing my upcoming client renewals, etc. I also love the new and improved Notes feature. A game changer that allowed me to finally move most of my client related tasks, notes and responsibilities into CZ.     I love that my calendar and emails integrate with CZ and that I can have all of my partners information organized in one place. The days of manual speadsheets to keep notes and dates organized is NO MORE! I am starting to utilize the automation and look forward to having CZ take some of the repetative taks off my plate.     To understand the customer journey and when customers drop off. The software makes it very easy to get around the app and explore what factors can come Into play. ChurnZero helps us understand when a customer is not having any activity on their account and prepares us for saving that relationship.

    It is being used by the corporate department to help build out plays and journeys that automate our upgrade process. It allows us to be notified when we get assigned an account, and showcases the next steps in the process. We hope to set it up so that when one task is completed, it will trigger the next step.

    ChurnZero makes it easy for our department to monitor product engagement, facilitate communication and keep all of my customer information synced across all internal systems. It is used by our Customer Success department and is being adopted more broadly by our Product Marketing department. The product has evolved quickly and in-line with our feedback to the team. I would highly recommend ChurnZero to any organization looking to scale their Success department.

    CZ makes it much easier to segment clients and contacts, and to reach out to the right accounts and contacts. Plays and Journeys are sometimes a bit difficult to link (emails to be sent semi-automatically after a specific step of the journey has been completed for example) and Journeys are really something the CSMs struggle dealing with. Otherwise, the Support is always very reactive.

    It's been overwhelmingly positive. I absolutely love the Customer Success Managers that I've been lucky enough to work with - they have been wonderful! I'm at a place where I've been with CZ for nearly 3 years and I feel like I still have so much more to get out of it - it's the gift that keeps on giving. I think this might be the most dramatically positive review I've ever written!

    Five out of five starts. The team has been amazing from the start, and we're excited to be a part of the CZ Community. No software is perfect, but ChurnZero definitely puts customers first, and we've enjoyed every minute of the partnership so far.
