This is less a difficulty with Clicky and more an issue with real time web analytics in general: free information in real time about what keywords are generating clicks is no longer available from Google, and that makes watching news sites for intelligence about what's happening in the world much less interesting. Clicky is a very versatile tools that helps you analyse real-time traffic. Dashboard is fairly easy to understand with tons of insights that you don't get in a lot of paid tools. Spy feature is really useful and helps you see exactly where users are coming from. Setting up goals is very simple and quick. It doesn't make the website slow like a lot of other web analysis tools.

I'm using Clicky on multiple sites to provide real-time and in-depth analytics. It has a widget based interface and allows you to set up unique dashboards for each site. It also has excellent reporting features, and the data is always up to date. It's one of my favorite analytics programs.
Clicky wins out because it's extremely user-friendly and even a novice can quickly understand how to configure it to get meaningful data. If you're managing multiple sites, the ease of copying your favorite dashboard views to another site is another big plus. And the bounce rate metric is different from any other I've seen - really great for tracking blog visitors who may look at a single article before going elsewhere.
