The idea that I can combine everything on one form. I am able to reconcile my expenses, down load receipts needed, and keep everything on one form. The other thing is that I have what I call my life saver which is that little button when I push submit, "Clean Up". It saves the time of having to call back expenses or redoing the form.. It's easy to use. Any time I am looking for something on the app it is not hard to find or figure out the next steps. It is a flexible system that I can fill out & submit my expenses to my supervisor and leave any notes that would be important and add anyone else that I might need to include. Everything - the app crashes constantly and Support is incredibly unhelpful. In my case they claimed never to have heard about the issue I was having despite another review on the Apple App Store lodging an identical complaint. Compared to other business process, productivity and expense apps the interface is not intuitive and the workflows are clunky. Even the process of approving an expense report is inefficient and requires multiple steps even for the simplest (1 receipt) expenses from my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: Our company has between 10-15 American express cards which are being pit on a spreadsheet for monthly allocation and review so we have eased out if using those cards so much as well as completely getting away from using Comdata.
